I need help, my ping used to be 31-37. Now its in the high numbers like 175. When im not even downloading anything. What do I do to make my ping go down to the 30’s again?
It goes to crazy numbers like 175 and sometimes my ping is too high and i get booted from the server. I dunno what is going on with my Kaillera thing. Do i need to delete some file or something?
It happens to me sometimes too. It just went away after I restarted my computer

Yeah thats what it looks like I have to do, I’ve been using P2p as a substitute as of late.
Sometimes GodWeapon will spike pings, I usually have a nice 50, 53 tops, and occasionally it spikes all the way up to 86 or 106.
best bet, make sure it’s not your own programs causing it, close anything unneeded, and if it doesn’t fix it, make sure no one is sapping your network…errm, though I’ve noticed on GW even with the 80+ fake ping, it plays like I have my normal one…but otherwise nothin you can do, gotta solve itself over time.
restarting is best option , but ur ping depends on which server u join
closer the server is to ur crib , better ping

This used to happen to me. My ping would spike from 15 to 400 every day at around 9 PM. I realized eventually that the problem was that people were freeloading off of my wireless router, so I put a pass on it, now I’m fine.
If that doesn’t apply to you, try banging on your router. >_>
