What do tier lists mean to you?

So I had a few games with this guy on MK. First match it was my Rain vs his Scorpion. The game was very close but he one. After that I chose Rain again and he chose Kano. He one with ease. After that I decided to go with Jade and I beat him with ease. I was going to chose Rain again but I saw that this guy wanted another go at Jade so I chose her again. I beat him. Its funny because I put more hours into rain than I did into Jade. I checked out a few tiers lists and Jade kept on coming up at the bottom. What do tiers lists even mean? Do you believe in them?

Not a damn thing. I’ve played MK since 92, and any Tier List made for it is immediately irrelevant. It’s all in how a character feels for you…

MK is heavily match up based, in fact I think it’s the heaviest one out of the current tournament fighters.

I always thought Tier Lists were made so US players know which character to go for without giving two shits who feels more fun/comfortable to play with.
