What do players message you after you beat them - SFxT EDITION!

It’s a method used by the old ones. Some say the moon has to be full in order to perform this rare feature.

Ah, indeed. I knew it wasn’t for mere mortals like myself.

Yes yes indeed. I have only begun to learn the very basics of the Ancient Blocking Technique. To even begin studying it, one must first understand the philosphy of patience. This style has also been known as “Tiger Watching Prey.”

One must also first un-learn the styles simply known as “Jack-Rabbit Bounces Everywhere” and “Scrub Face-Rolls Arcade Stick on Wake-up”. Unfortunately, there was no clever animal name for that last one.

I have heard of this legendary technique known as “Scrub Face-Rolls Arcade Stick on Wake-up”, my characters seem to posses this invincible attack when I spin the stick and try to break the buttons, but I don’t know whether such a thing is magic.

Lol, calling somebody that they lucked out is not raging. The tone of my message wasn’t even aggresive. You must get upset when you get called out on shit judging by the tone of your post. These online warriors crack me up when they don’t get treated with sweetness and “ggs buddy”. I learned not to be a dickhead anymore. But I am not a believer in befriending my competition like that especially against a guy that does typical online warrior shit and is not worth me approaching him in order to learn anything. If I want friends in the FGC I get in touch with the smart players from the forums instead of people like that guy. Capich? Damn overraction from your part, bro.

FYI, following my other post. The guy started insulting my gameplay like a fucking scrub. He barely won that fight and he was talking like a fucking idiot on how I wasn’t at his level and all that bullshit. Kinda funny for a dumbass that can’t do anything with Rufus other than ABC combos and mash ex messiah. His Ryu was carrying all the weight (no pun intended) on that team. And yes it was a stupid random messiah kick that gave him the life lead on the last seconds of the clock. I wasn’t salty but I kept it honest.

If he didn’t lucked out, he would have ran it back the second time we meet in lobby as opposed to backing down the lobby. And acted more civilized. Can’t expect much from XBL warriors after all. sigh

You should add me to my PSN account Doug. I remember fighting you. ggs all around. Although I get the feeling I frustrated you with my lameness a couple of times. I will tell personally that I have seen a fucking improvement from you bro. I noticed you hit A Rank when I saw a replay of you against a friend of mine.

I am still on B Rank but its because I am playing on both PSN and XBL at the same time. And I am also on XBL SSFIV. Three games leveling dat BP. :stuck_out_tongue:

“stop hitting me”
???

LOL at first I was a little frustrated but that’s because I don’t like matches dragging out. I usually try my best to avoid long matches because 900 health on two characters is very easy to chip down as the match wears down. I like ending things in one shot and moving on. Long fights are my weakness since I always go for the kill even if I have a life lead which leads to me getting extremely careless. Fighting you actually trained me very well how to deal with the Ryu and Raven match-ups. I’m saying with gratitude, “thank you for not going easy on me because I sucked.” I’ll add you on PSN for sure.

I’m sure the replay was me getting my ass kicked in, but that’s usually how it goes when I forget something important during the match. Usually I forget how to forward dash under cross-ups which lead to me getting wrecked by some ABC combo /sigh.

I wish I had XBL so many more salty players to deal with any I bet there’s so many trash talkers on there. Sounds like a lot of fun to me. Unfortunately I’m totally terrible on a stick and I wouldn’t be caught dead using the XB controller for a fighting game.

No problem. Thanks.

However, I was not a good representation of what Ryu or Raven can do when played correctly. I have improved a bit so maybe it would be different and so will you.

The replay was against a friend of mine. PsychoSnake is his gamertag. He is a Vega & Bison player. He is random as hell so I don’t blame you for losing a game against him. Vega is such a good point character and Bison is underrated in this game. He definitely is viable since his pokes are fast and long to initiate a boost combo offense.

Recently went to an endless lobby. I was running Cody/Guile while the A rank was running Kazuya/Ryu. After he tried twice to jump in on me, only to eat a b. mp, he started yelling at me while the match was still going. “Thats all you know how to do, quit running f***ing scrub”. So I’m supposed to let you jump in on me? I beat him and the next match starts. During that match, he was talkin’ shit the ENTIRE match. He came up again, I beat him again, and needless to say, he was pretty mad. I saved both matches and named them “He real mad” and “He real mad 2”. I was laughing so hard that I was dropping combos and I still beat him. Also, Cody and Guile are spammy characters, according to him.

His Vega was very different than what I was expecting so he got me the first game. Next time I caught up with him I had to show him my “full power.”

He totally caught me off guard with his Vega and Bison. Honestly I ALWAYS have issues against Vega but Bison is normally easy once I get him at close range. Usually I rarely go all out against a new opponent because I like actually learning things from every match. I also try my best to examine how others are playing their characters so I can better understand their mindgames. I definitely learned some things from our matches and I really hope he learned some from me as well.

Unless it was ST or something where there’s an actual random factor, there’s no such thing as luck. You were just salty. No need to get so defensive.

Its idiotic to send your salty message and then cry about their response right after.

Why do your posts come in sets of 3?

STOP THE MATCH, HE’S JUST A KID.

You didn’t see the fight correct? There was some rollback. Some dropped combos and I missed my tag for some reason when I clearly pressed it TWICE. If I would have tagged just 2 seconds before hand I would have recovered the gray health needed for the win. So yeah he got lucky.

Do I deserved to be insulted the way that I was? Fuck no. That guy is still an asshole. Stop defending IT. Yeah I said IT cause he doesn’t deserve to be addressed as a person for calling me all the things he called me.

It also proves he is a scrub because I have ran into him recently and he now just dodges me.** Kid, if you claim to be better than me there’s n no need to dodge me.** Stop defending the XBL Warrior.

I don’t know. Haven’t noticed. lol I try to reply to everyone individually.

EMR, Quit spamming the thread with 3 messages. If you want to reply to each message simply quote them. Also you seem to be a very salty player. No one in here has cursed besides you. Tells me you are one of those who send hate mail to people.

Ok that’s quite a lot of messages, im just gonna post the last as a screenshot
He had like 500 bp and played different characters each round so i switched a bit aswell
after a few round it begins

He "Why so serious?"
I (played some noobish lili that round) “That’s not serious”
"yes it is… try to play with 1 character per round"
I “Why would i do that?”
“cos its more fun” … wat…

A game later

I loved his response. That was the best thing I’ve heard all day, thanks a lot for the laugh I needed that!
