I do troll online a lot so it’s not “serious business” most of the matches. But if people are playing mains they need to condition themselves to always strive to play to win. Even on a meaningless online match.

I play boring as hell. Very few combos, mostly fundamentals and defense. Do I bore other players? Yes. Would I be fun to watch in a tournament setting? Hell no. Do I care? Nope. I play to win, I don’t care about being flashy or styling. Makes the game more varied, anyway. Would be lame if every single player had the same rushdown-heavy style of play.
You always gotta have that flash. Then the fight becomes boring.
I usually get messages saying “GG gay porn” or “Your Bison is fucking trash”
Love people who preach nothing but spacing and timeouts over combos and setups but fail at both. Looking at you eggy ps lol. That day you tried rolento/poison was so funny yet so sad.

Ok, so…the SFxT community is small. We should all be cool with one-another just for the sake of good matches. I say this because I really like SFxT and wish it received more attention. Anyway, I’m all about being cool with people - after all, its only a bloody video game. With that said, I’ve been following the back-and-forth between Eggy and luchabomb & co.
Let me preface all this by saying that I actually didn’t like Eggy much before, we had our exchanges in some random threads here. But, I figured it would be much more productive if we just forgot about all that shit and focused on the game. Sooooo, I’ve been cool with him a while. We’ve had matches, I have him on my friends list, and he’s been cool with me ever since.
I’m sure that luchabomb is a cool dude as well. Soooo, why don’t we all stop giving a shit about juvenile high-school bullshit and just play the game? I’m going to assume (perhaps prematurely) that we’re all grown men, no?

Looking back as to how this thread devolved into a gigantic piss contest/ circle jerk. I can’t precisely feel sorry for the game being reduced to alt game status.

When i come to play this game i play it just for fun and not for the best possible team for victory. I play usually just ranked, but still change my teams all the time. Sometimes i win, sometimes i lose. That suits for me ^^ Sure if i play couple of times against the same opponent using some team i am not so familiar i pick my main team for a change.
My main character is Dhalsim with Kuma and it is pretty defensive. Some ppl find it very annoiying and i get ragemail here and there, but i still think that ppl in this game is alloved to use all the stuff this game have. Turtle, rush, boost combo etc…
