fishjie, please use some spoiler tags for the Game of Thrones post. That is some serious leakage. I’ve already finished book three, so I know, but others may be watching the tv show which is expected to take two seasons to cover all that.
BBC had ‘The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes’ starring Jeremy Brett as Sherlock. I enjoyed watching that series. Pretty much trying to keep in line with the books within the time frame they have for each episode.
I very much enjoyed Sherlock the new one as well.
Speaking of suck, there was a 3-part Dune series, as well as a 3-part Children of Dune series. Fans of Dune might have enjoyed them (they were the highest-grossing Sci-fi network originals, but that really isn’t saying much, imo), but they put me to sleep.
