I can’t even begin to point out how many things are wrong with this statement, but here’s the tip of the iceberg:
There’s actually usually a pretty decent showing in WW. Not as huge as GW, but then GW is the most popular US kaillera server. I’ve got a 15Mbps down/3Mbps up connection, and GW pings and gameplay are still no good here on the west coast.
