Only the damage obtained before using the Assist and Phantom Dance will be shown in the following (with a few exceptions), since the damage varies every time you use Phantom Dance
standard wesker bnb (:l:,,:h:,qcf+:m:,:h:, j.:s:, c.,:h:,:s:, j., j., j.:h:, j.:s:,) dash dante assist, otg df:h:, time these next two hits towards the end of jam assist animation j.:h:, j.:s: xx phantom dance is about 530-540k depending on how the phantom dance hits
My midscreen bnb is:
:d::l:, :d:, :d::h:, :qcf::l:, dash, :df::h:, :d:, :h:(2hits), :qcf:, :h: teleport, late j.:h:, :d::h:,:s:, j.:h::s:, land, :df::h: = 515, 200
if your close to the corner, instead of doing the :h: teleport j.:h: :d::h: :s:, you can either dash or :l: teleport into :d: :d::h: :s: j.MMHS OTG df.H for 504,900
another note is that after the midscreen and corner bnb you can call Doom w/plasma beam assist and dash up OTG ground shot -> L teleport -> lvl3 997,200. If you do the near the corner variation you get 986,900. After the corner combo you get 960,400 The L teleport isn’t necessary in the corner.
Just did a some videos of what I think are going to be his tournament level bnb’s.
They all work on the entire casts except for one video.
The only exceptions being Arthur and Viewtiful Joe.

I don’t think you can combo that much off of a 2nd otg in the same combo…
I would just level 1 after the tatsu and see if it works.
Could be wrong though…
I haven’t messed with OTG > flame, but that’s my team (-akuma,) so your question sparked my interest.
The only law to link cr. after :qcf::l: > dash > :df::h: is to let the dash go all the way in (you can cancel a bit before it ends, since you’ll still slide a bit forwards) before OTG’ing them.
cr. has a deceptive hitbox, as it hits a bit beyond Wesker’s hands.
(Sometime’s I wonder how these chars would handle in a game like SF. Some of them have great pokes and would have a crazy footsie game)
It’s possible. I landed everything up to the H>level one. It seems after the last launcher you’re allowed one hit after you launch, then hitstun reduction will do its job. Yeah, doing the level one after the tatsu would probably be best.
Wesker plays a lot like Juri (who I main in SSF4), but he pretty much outclasses her, in my opinion. In a game like that, he might not be ‘broken’, but he would be very strong, even if they took away his gun.
