Not quite sure where to put this since I’m brand new to the forums…sorry >_>.
Anyways, I’ve been debating for a very long time now for who i would like as my anchor, having Wesker on point and Ammy 2nd. I’ve been using dorm and zero on point (with wesker as anchor) for a bit now, but I’d like to see other people’s opinions.

Try this thread, or maybe try some of the team making threads for the characters you have chosen for a pretty good idea of what might work.
I know you’re new to SRK, but just a heads up that these kinds of threads tend to get locked pretty fast.
you could use anyone you use, anywhere in any order & do well.
With Wesker and Amaterasu, you actually want a DHC trick character. I use Storm because of the Aerial Exchange loop with Wesker and Amaterasu.

As for storm, I’ll try her out. I haven’t seen her as an anchor too often though.
Akuma for anchor.
Tron/Ammy/Wesker is good.
/X-23/ is a good choice. Use Wesker to Team Aerial Exchange to X-23, who then ends the combo with her DHC Glitch starter. DHC back to Wesker, who then finishes the job.
If anyone gives you beef for using Team Aerial Exchanges, tell them to eat a dick and grab some popcorn while you land two Wesker BnBs on them for the price of one.
There are also a good selection of characters whose assists would allow you to make the most of Wesker’s ability to OTG with Samurai Edge Low.
/Taskmaster or Taskmaster/, because Taskmaster. Can’t really go wrong with Taskmaster.
/S-Skrull. Skrull is a solid anchor and Stone Smite assist turns every OTG into a wall bounce.
/Doom/, /Doom, or /Iron Man/ because it is well known that Wesker + beam assist is the recipe for asshattery.
/Arthur. While Daggers aren’t quite as good as a beam assist, they are pretty durable once he’s got the armor on, and Arthur is one of the more… influential anchors in the game. (basically if you use XF before Arthur uses XF, Arthur chips the hell out of your entire team)
/Dormammu. Dorm is a solid anchor, and both Wesker and Amaterasu find Dark Hole assist useful.
/Tron, because everyone could use an “oh fuck” button
