quick questions.
are we all going to just get into a party with our pool prior to the 8:00 tee time(to organize stuff or should I just send my first match a game invite around 8?)?
and who makes the lobby?
Well, good questions. Normally for pool play we don’t do parties. But you certainly can if you and the other 7 people in your group are for it. The person on the left of the match is the 1P and makes the room and then invites the 2P. Technically we give up to 12 minutes in between matches so the schedule is like 8, 8.12, 8.24. etc. But HDR is a FAST game so most people don’t take that long and if you miss someone you can try them again later in the evening or if they’re a drop, they’re a drop and you get a free win… yay for free wins… some of us need them :tup:

And yeah TI I can vouch for you using Balrog. I left this morning because I had to go to work. I was trying to not use fireballs too but then you start turtling. lol Most Balrogs never turtle…well not against Sim anyways. hahahahah

I don’t have NEAR enough results to actually know everything that happened last night. With the exception of PST Pool A. I can figure out who the top scorers were though but without the ability to run the whole matrix its hard to see who finished where for league points because I can’t get exact pool scores so we’ll deal with that at another time, I guess some people had problems getting the reporting spreadsheet, some people sent them to me, others reported here, which is fine, but half the people who played didn’t report so this is partially based on intuition and guesswork… If I get more results and something changes, then I am more than happy to make the proper adjustments and get the right people in.

I wasnt referring to your Bison in general. It was in reference to Isaac. But I understand that is how many Bison players play. It’s Bison strength. Especially against a character that doesnt have a true counter special move. Oh well. It is part of the growing pains of wanting to get to that next level I guess. Also I dont mind tic throwing as it is in the game. But what is frustrating is when you know it is coming and you cant reverse it. That is what gets me fuming. I knew he was going to do that crap and I couldnt reverse it. And then he has the nerve to tell me good games. Whatever.

Seriously, it may be a dick move, but thats the way Bison HAS to play Sim. If not, you’ll have what happened in the second round of our first match if I give Sim any room to breathe.
