pryde post pictures man, i’d like to see the unbelievable results of ten months of working out.

greg is a nice guy, you lot shouuld get off the hate wagon. My mate is a friend of his and he’s a decent guy who’s very honest about what he’s done to his body. he knows he’s a freak and fully admits how fucked up his body is and what he’s done to get it that way.

i am actually doing bruce lee’s workout schedual (but not that hardcore)

it consists of alot of cardio
and three days of weight lifting

i would like to have a body like bruce lee’s but a little thicker

Misunderstood. There are different things people use to inject with steroids, which are oil-type based. Nobody else has ever gotten the same results as Valentino. When asked many times in interviews if he ever used Synthol, he said no, despite the fact that he used to sell it on his web site.

ok i’m reading you, they’re oil based but not the same sort of thing as synthol. i guess he’s in denial! i’ll see if my mate has ever asked him about it facet o face.

The way I see it, is the man was a bodybuilder before, and he actually looked pretty good. And he’s saying that what happened to him was because of spot injections. And 100% of bodybuilders rotate sites, so the question is, what happened to the rest of him?

By what he’s claiming, his legs should be just as huge as his arms, same with his back, because the quads, hams, calves, and glutes are the most common places for spot injects cause it’s easier to get deep into the muscle and it’s the least painful place.

It wasn’t suprising to what he did. He even said on the TLC documentary that he enjoys the attention. More power to him if he enjoys being that way, it’s just the fact that he won’t admit that it’s snythol.

And you can tell it’s snythol. When pro bodybuilders use it, you can tell also. Just look at his biceps. No veins. Delts, no veins.

Towards the upper-middle part of the page is a picture of him when he was younger. Damn good physique. Now, no veins and no striations despite the fact that he still works out and he still is at a relatively low bodyfat. I have more bodyfat than him and I still have veins in my biceps.

All that points to synthol. It’s wrong of him to tell people it’s steroids, and that’s what makes people think negatively about steroids. That’s my gripe with him.

Pryde is saying he’s making great progress…and 20lbs in 10 months is great progress…keep up the good work man. But 130lbs is still pretty small…but a short guy who’s a ripped 160-170 looks great…and that’s a very attainable goal for him…

And I’m tired of hearing about localized growth…synthol has oils that stay in the area for long periods of time, making such stretches a possibility…but with most anabolic steroids the oil can sometimes be absorbed QUICKER than the gear…causing the gear to drop out and crystalize…anybody ever had a really painful shot?? That could’ve been why…

Hams and calves?? Never heard of or done those before…I’m sure somebody has but the most popular sites I see are glutes, delts, quads and SOMETIMES bi’s and tri’s…Have you ever done hammie shots?? What area of the ham and how awkward was it?? And how painful was the shot/?

Sitting down, it’s pretty easy and painless. Bend the leg, keep it slightly contracted, and go for it. I’ve done it from the side/back, but that’s cause I have big hammies and they stick out. Calves are calves, right there in front of you when you’re sitting. A lot less awkward than lat and tricep shots. Less possibility of bending the pin.

Wasn’t painful at all. I didn’t like delt shots cause sometimes it hurt like hell (hit a nerve probably), same with bicep and tricep. Too much veins running through the area, too much of a possibility to collaps a vein from too much injecting. From what I head people tend ot get a lot of scar tissue from delt and tricep shots. I used to rotate like this:

Left quad
Right quad
Left lat
Right lat
Left hammie
Right hammie
Left bicep
Right bicep
LEft glute
Right glute

I pretty much avoided places like the tricep and deltoids where there are a lot of tendon and bone, cause it hurt more than the areas mentioned above.

So here is my workout story. Fitness class today, teacher made us run the shuttle run twice. First time alone, second time 3 man relay. I pretty much ran till I puked. (I Wasn’t planning to run that hard, but my team almost won the relay endurance, we came 2nd and I fucked it up. -_- )

So after a 10-15 minute break, I decide to work on abs. Kneeling crunches, that went fine. Then I went to hanging leg-hip raises. I touched the bars ontop and tippy toed for reach and all of a sudden it’s like the bionic hands of Jax squeezing the fuck out of my legs. They lock up and I drop to the floor, in pure agony for 5 eternal minutes while my calves simultaniously spasm like fuck.

Never had spasms before, but fuck it was scary. I guess I’m never trying a workout after one of those runs and going to stretch for much much longer.

Yea. Cramps and those types of things suck ass. When I first started lifting weights, one of the first leg workouts I was going medium weight and high reps (20 rep squats are a killer) and I cramped the shit out of my legs. I had to sit on the floor stretching them so they wont keep painfully contracting.

It reminds me of Flex Wheeler cause i read his book andhe was an avid user.Its to bad to cause his misuse of steriods and mal nutrition aided to ending his career wich could have been one of a Mr. Olympia(yes i think he would have looked better than coleman)

I use 25G syringes so scar tissue is minimal…what REALLY sucks though is when you do hit a nerve and pull out, now you gotta jab urself with a dull needle…

I have a question, do most of you guys diet down til you hit your BF% before bulking back up? I just ended a diet cycle and lost about 15 lbs, and went down to 15% BF, I wanted to drop my BF % to 10-12% but I feel like I lost a ton of weight and got all skinny again, so I’m looking to bulk back up. Should I continute to diet to drop my BF% to my goal, or just start the bulking cycle, and then diet agian?
