I used that video to start out. Tips, well, keep a natural arch in your back and pull your shoulder blades together.

For all of the people wondering, don’t do Arnold’s workout. He never, ever did his legs. You don’t want to have chicken legs, do you? Legs are the most important part when bodybuilding.

I would recommend bodybuilding.com to everyone who wants to gain. I go by some of their tips, but most of all, I do what’s right for me. They also have a lot of information about products, and recommended product that you can buy right from their site.

http://www.teenbodybuilding.com/duncan1.htm - Here is a good article that doesn’t only apply to teens, but many other people.

wow. I know you posted it for someone else, but I have been meaning to ask about deadlifts, so thanks for that vid. I’ve never done them in my life and was afraid of fucking up my back if I did them wrong. but it doesn’t look too hard, I just need to start out on a low weight and feel it out. thanks again

I figured the casein in milk would slow digestion of the whey.

WOW.

Like the other guy, I too am blown away by this video.

I honestly didn’t expect anything THAT deep. GOOD JOB, Soldier.

Also:

Another thing about deadlifts, I practice the movement 3 or 4 times before actually grabbing the bar and get my feet comfortably positioned. It helps me get the motion down better before actually executing the set and be prepared.

how big can u get naturally?

what’s some good blood-pumping workout music to put on my mp3 player? the gym music is usually trash, and normally i listen to chill music, so i need guidance on expanding my library appropriately.

Can’t go wrong with dbz songs. (not the non-vocal B.F. shit, use the power-charged Hironobu songs)

i usually listen to music about driving in nice cars, dealing drugs, and/or killing white people. that does a lot to get me amped, actually, even though i don’t have my driver’s license, i don’t have any drugs, and i haven’t killed any white people.

if that doesn’t sound good, uh, i don’t know. i know a lot of people like rage against the machine for workout music.

I usually listen to stuff like Job for a Cowboy, Wu tang Clan, Tupac, Lamb of God, or any other hardcore old school rap or grindcore metal.

i hate listening to music while i lift

the only music i need is the sound of blood pumping, sweat dripping, and metal hitting the floor…

fucken pussies trying to tune out the action

Well in my gym I’m trying to tune out the Hannah Montana.

heeeaaaaaaaaaartsssss onnnn firrrrrrrrrrrrrreeeee stroooonnnnnnnnnnnngg dessssirrrrrrrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

maybe when workin out at home…but when ur in a gym…
ALOT OF SHITTY MUSIC GETS PLAYED!
going there without my cell id go crazy…

In the few gyms I’ve been in, they cater to the women who go there to play around with 1lb weights while making sure their hair doesn’t get mussed or that they don’t sweat. And women routinely have annoying taste in music.

Actually music tends to distract me. However a few years ago Id workout to whatever my favorite song was at the time. I got really dependent on it though.

I’m looking into buying some pyruvate (I took some with my trainer a few years ago) but it was just the brand I bought at 24hour fitness. Can you guys recommend a brand, or even what type of pyruvate I should buy like calcium pyruvate or?? Thank you! =)

Pyruvate is a scam. In general, fat burners don’t work very effectively when not used in conjunction with a good diet and exercise plan. Clean up your diet, lift heavy and do HIIT to trim down.

If you’re deadset on using a thermogenic, ECA stack is the way to go. Nothing, and I mean absolutely nothing, comes close to ephedra/ephedrine/pseudoephedrine in thermogenic response.
