Website with all the character info / basic stuff?

I remember there was the jpn website where they had the character select screen and you picked a character, they gave you basic links and combos, and some basic metagame info. Which site is that?

Also, is there any compendium site (besides SRK) that has frame data / link information? Or is it just forum scrying?

You’ll probably have to dig through the forum’s. That’s what I’ve been doing. That I just watch videos to see what the basic BnBs/links are.
