My tiers are based on muscles.
Lars is easy to use for how much damage he inflicts per juggle. I will be playing him once the game comes out.
Tier lists don’t matter in this game as much as they do in other games. People can win with zafina or even kazuya who’s only in the middle, at the highest level.
a) Damage = its spread very evenly for the most part, combos range from 60-90 depending on your character. The key thing in this department is mastering your bread and butter aka staple combo for each launcher. If you are unable to master this part of the character, you may as well be playing a full tier lower than you should be. With the “ISW” technique, King does 86 damage off of FC, d/f+2, without it, he deals 77 damage.
b) Punishment, each character has their list of punishment from 10 frames to 20 frames. Some characters punishments do considerable damage. Bruce and Alisa have buff 10 frame punishes, Lars, Lili, DJin, Hei, and Kazuya have good 11/12 frame punishes. Leo has no 12 frame punish. Bob’s 10 frame punish has the longest reach in the game and can consistantly punish Bryan’s QCB+4 even if he spaces it correctly.
c) Whiff Punishment, if you use your movement to make them whiff, how much damage can you get off of it? Generally people who are blessed with long range launcher moves win out here, Lars, Julia, Lili, Bryan Fury, Bruce, Jack-6, Leo, King etc.
d) Okizeme - when you knock your opponent down, there are ways to get additional damage. Good okizeme is either guaranteed or unescapable 50/50 off certain knockdowns/post bound. Bryan, jack-6, Armor King, Steve Fox have this in droves.
e) Offense - from a “neutral position” how fast can you break down a turtle? If you have unpredictable/unseeable lows, good mids, good throws then you have a good offense. If you only have 20+ frame lows then you rely on them making a mistake to set up your damage.
f) keep out - how well you can prevent the opponent from doing what they want. Law’s counterhit standing 4 leads to good juggle, as does steve’s b+1 counter hit, julia’s standing 4 counter hit

As for your question - inatekken wiki, I don’t have the link handy but you need to be able to translate or read japanese, Zig21 says he knows enough “katakana” to translate it for you.
It has a table format and explains the moves name, input, damage, properties, frames on block, frames on hit, frames on counter hit, obviously will say if it knd or jg.

How hard is it to move a file as an email attachment? This is my issue. Super Joe isn’t the only person that has access to the notebook as far as i know, he just has a digital copy. Curtis made the notebook to help people out, yet those that are asking for help are being cockblocked by individuals who rushed him down to get a copy first…sounds to me like someone’s tryin to be greedy with info.
What’s the point of translating WHEN SOMEONE ALREADY DID THAT FOR US?! Curtis did it, people have copies of the notebook. There’s a digital copy floating around amongst super joe’s fat girl porn collection. The issue is those that have it are being to lazy to spread the knowledge. If you have a copy of the notebook, speak the fuck up so i can RUSH you down about getting it. If you have a digital copy it takes 5 seconds to do up an email with that as an attachment. Shit super joe you can hop on AIM on your computer and send it to me that way.

Im gonna play Asuka no matter where she is at, but it would be nice to know what im getting into when im learning the other characters i might wanna play, Like Miguel " nigga is a gangster " Bruce, Paul and such like that.

This game coupled with TW: T6 has got me hyped. I’ve been planning out a ‘training regimen’ for TW…too funny. Still gonna get scraped but I plan on taking a few peeps out of the tournament with me. Hope some new poeple in the SFIV scene give T6 a shot. It’s a quality game.
