We need more ST players in Seattle

One of the three does in fact have Soul Caliber and MDK2. I’ll hold that one on the side for you.

All three VMUs (including my own) are white. Luckily, owners of each one had taken the time to choose separate and distinct icons for the save file menus.

I love Sega. <3

So I either wanna throw a gathering or go to one.

You should throw one. I wanna cough up a lung. It’s been a while. Seriously, throw one. That way, I can bring you Fry’s memory card–since he seems to attend your sessions. Even if Kuenai doesn’t show up, you could bring it to Zach’s next time.

I’ll invite everyone who has cats, to add to the effect. C’mon Brent!

Hmm, I could do tuesday or wednesday…

Busy Tuesday. But feel free to set it up on that day so as to un-invite me, as Blake did. Yes, well played. . . .:china:

Good games to everyone last night at Blake’s, very very fun. Brent’s a Super Turbo Sorceror. You land a two hit jump-in on this guy and suddenly he’s flipping out of it as if he was hit while airborne. Breaking the game and shit.

?

ok I’ve posted this three times now but noone’s said anything, so here goes again. Somebody needs to watch it. It’s a comedic movie about the street fighter’s getting back together 10 years later. Y’all should watch it- it’s funny.

I swear I was just trying to jump away on wake-up. You guys could learn a lot from me.

No one said anything because everyone’s seen SF The Later Years.

There, someone said something.

Hey Kuenai, are you going to Preppy’s this Friday? If so, I could try to show up and bring your VMU. Otherwise, I could just hang onto it for a while.

k

oh ok. :lovin:

Probably. I was planning on going, but I have a pretty bad track record lately for saying I was going then something coming up. My skills have suffered for it, too. Please bring it, and if I don’t make it, give it to Elias. I always attend his gatherings because they’re relatively close in comparison.

Well then. Elias, are you gonna be there on Friday?

Fo sho.

Just hand it to me… I’m relatively close no?

I never trust Asian middlemen. But in your case, I’ll make an exception.

Does that mean you’re gonna be there friday, Keith?

I think it’s time you quit pretending you have a life outside of fighting games and start bringing that buster-ass Claw back

Big talk for a guy who didn’t even place last time.

Gonna call Brian or Pablo tomorrow and see if I could hitch a ride on Friday. If so, I’ll be there. I hate to hold on to other people’s property. It’s dishonorable. That would be like saying that I’ll code a hit box displayer and update my web page, only to sit around like a head for over half a year smoking pot and wasting my youth. I have a little more dignity than that. I waste my youth without smoking pot.

zing!

see you there, chump :amazed:

Hey guys:

Elias had a GREAT idea which is, the TV in the other room downstairs should be used to run the Mikado at the SAME TIME as the regular ST ranked tourney. 3am start times were garbage for the previous Mikados. Also, this time the prizes include a copy of Neo Geo Battle Colloseum donated by Paul Lee, a complete set of Mortal Kombat collectible card games donated by Keith, and I will probably get something cool to donate.

The Mikado is gonna go to Preppy to add to the Preppy fund (which currently stands at $33, you guys rock!). As last time, tournament entry fee is $1 for the Mikado, but donations are VERY encouraged, even a dollar helps. It’s a nice token of appreciation to Preppy for housing us and supporting us and posting our vids online, when he doesn’t even play ST, just because he’s an awesome guy like that. :karate:

NOTE: After this friday, all Mikado, and possibly all ranked tournament entry fees will go towards the NORTHWEST REGIONALS that Brento is working so hard on. He owes U-Dubb a lot of money for renting the place out, and I want the entry fees for NWR to go towards the PRIZE POOL instead of overhead as much as possible. If we do the fundraising now early, we pay the overhead off before time, players are happy at the prizes, and we have a successful regional tourney everyone will be happy to remember.

So, is it okay with you guys if entry fees for regular ST go towards the northwest regional from now on? I mean, I got my entry fee+20 cents back last time, so unless your name is Julien Beaseley or Mandel Scott, you probably shouldn’t have too much of a problem with it anyways, let’s be real.
