I almost forgot, I do have an American style arcade stick with I believe a Happ super and concave buttons that I got from Keith. I will wire it up for PS tommorow, it isn’t exactly the ideal but I will bring it from now on as a backup, and hopefully we will never have another stick shortage again.
Any games going on this week prior to Friday night? I’d really like to get some games in, but my attempts at holding session(s) at my home have failed thus far due to lack of interest, my missing a converter, and people not being able/willing to bring their own equipment. I guess no one wants to venture out to game anywhere but Julien’s. Which is understandable, since he has a cab.
I don’t have a whole lot going on during the week, so let me know if/when you’d want to stop by for ST/Marvel.
I don’t really play marvel (I always say I’m going to pick it up but I never do), but if I ever find the transpo I can bring my own stick/games/systems to your place keith. I’d definitely let you clobber me while I mash though

It would help I think if people had a number to call you at, if they get lost they are SOL on trying to find your place. I don’t know how many times mapquest directions have been literally IMPOSSIBLE to follow cus of nonexistant streets, etc…
Don’t feel bad, I’ve probably had 2x as many days where people claim they’re gonna show up at my house for ST than when they actually do…but when people eventually show up, it’s good times. You just have to get used to Seattle people being flaky but goodhearted. :tup:

I was watching ep 11 of this season’s South Park just now. That show ain’t what it used to be. Any way, capped this at roughly 7 minutes into it. Thought that someone would get a kick out of it.

BTW, no arcade parts have arrived yet, Julian. If they do get here today, and if my attempt to carpool with Pablo/Brian works out, I’ll be sure to bring them with me to Zach’s tomorrow. Not sure if I’ll be home tonight or tomorrow during the day. So if they get here tomorrow, you’ll have to pick’em up or wait until the next gaming night.
This ponyboyz has been slacking, I paid for my ish 3 weeks ago and no word of its status. Usually he just sends shit out with out tracking numbers or anything. I emailed him to see what the deal is.
I emailed him asking him to tell me when he’d sent out my shit, he’s definitely slacking, I just hope I get this order from him before I switch to paying a little more and ordering from Lizardlick…
I should be modding my roommate’s stick tonight, have all the buttons installed but I just need to dremel out the stick well and pop in the sanwa, then wire it and I’ll have a sanwa DC stick for peeps to use tommorow. :tup:
Kinda figured out why the converter that I got back from Ajay/Kenny was broke. Have a temporary fix in place, and it seems to be functioning for the time being. So, games are on at my place tonight. ST sprinkled with MvC2. New acolytes will be converted tonight, I pray. I just have a few things that require my attention when I wake up this afternoon/evening, so let’s just set a tentative start time at 8PM.
I live in North Seattle. I’ve only got one TV, so I hope the rotation doesn’t get overwhelming. I’d still recommend that people bring their own sticks, and if they have a converter, a backup would be nice. I’ve got two 360’s, and Pablo’s T5.
