The cool thing about his ultra 2 is that it starts with a some-what well ranged kick of sand. His first ultra is way cooler imo, but it only fully activates from the first hit. Similar to Fei Long, but if the first swing is blocked he at least stops. His second is pretty cool though and the range makes it seem worthwhile to blow through a close range fireball. Im looking forward to seeing what all you cody players do with him, esp in terms of ultra setups! I already have some Ideas for Tiger Cannon, and I’ve been going crazy trying to think of cooler and more damaging ways to use Juri’s Feng Shui Engine. I have a feeling that unless you have her shit on lockdown her Ultra 2 will be quite a bit better. She is hella tight though.
With the Last Dread Dust (Ultra II) the Sand Kick does like 4 hits initially, but if he misses that, he still will get his full ultra combo animation.
Man I haven’t been keeping up with this stuff at all.

Any info on the other third costumes would be much appreciated. I’m very interested in Bison’s Third as I do not really like his 2nd.
I heard that his third costume will be like his second, but with even MORE clothing ripped off, just like little shreds hanging off his taut, firm body.
