Most cables online that I’ve seen don’t really know how to keep relatively safe, so if I haven’t killed them with Magneto yet I’ll either just make it so they can’t move with my cable or I’ll just punish the hell out of them trying to grenade or something without an assist.

I bet it’s still 1(?) frame or so, I think the block frame simply isn’t being accounted for- meaning that you cannot block, not that it’s unblockable.
