Does ELO factor into normal games at all, or is it random random random teammatesand opponents? I won quite a few games in a row, but since then things have evened out a little. I must get better. 
From what I understand, ELO does factor in for ānormalā and ārankedā matches (obviously not practice).
But every player has a separate ELO for ranked 5v5, ranked 3v3, normal 5v5, and normal 3v3.
Why canāt you start loading the map before people pick champions?

I have to admit, regardless of whatever may have prompted this for you, that the game can be pretty gross. What are the skills that the game expects from me, if Iām to succeed? If you said timing and spacing, well, maybe. But this isnāt Street Fighter - you simply may not have a move that will get you into range before you get hit (or hit and snared, etc.). So it really seems like a lot of matchups are just basically hosed from word āgo.ā (Counter argument: thatās why you should know your matchups and play draft mode. Counter counter: like Iām level 30, right?)
So it feels like the gameās really a little bit more about last-hitting, optimal shopping, and having a good team to start out with. Andā¦ is that the game I want to be playing? Especially at 45 minutes a popā¦
If your games are going 45 minutes a pop something is wrong.
Okay, well something is wrong, then, because many (most?) of them are.
Not counting the occasional dropper-induced 25-minute TPK.
The more I play, the more I see itās about those last hits in the beginning, gaining control of the macro and keeping that momentum. Personally, at least. A strong team (and hopefully at least some with voice chat) does help.

Yeah, itās called the people youāre forced to play with. The last patch fixed a lot of my issues with how the game ran and how cooldowns donāt display properly at allā¦ then one night the game crashed. They seemed to revert backwards cause all the problems are back and the game is laggy as all fuck for no reason. I uninstalled and while Iām already having withdrawals, Iād really love to never waste my time with this stupid fucking timesink again. Fucking online gaming. I wish I had real hobbies.
I just know Iām gonna reinstall some time and have fun 40% of the time that I play at best and justā¦ bleh. Thatās a lot of time spent not having fun.
Justā¦never play Solo que if you can avoid it, even a 3 or 2 man premade can be a ton more enjoyable than hopping into solo que. Sucks I wonāt be able to play at all for a long while, at job corp currently
A 2 man group is definitely better, but 3 and higher and I almost always fight against a premade. Which sucks. I dunno, I just have awful luck with this game. I could have a 4 man premade and the fifth member would more than make up for it.
Yeah Iāve had those moments like a Annie that built a Mejaiās and just built attack speed and nothing but thinking it was a good idea and a Vlad who chose to just hang out at the fountain and talk trash because he died once when we went to gank their jungler in the beginning and he died because he charged a turret and blamed us, only came out to feed intentionally.

Sorry, meant the third rune page. Riot said theyād give the players a third rune page if they won the Golden Joystick award for best online game, which happened. Unless Iām wrong about all of this and am making it all up.

Meh. Buying that many runes is for amateurs. Buying champs is more fun.
Yeah, but not being able to play more than two champions at a time because you need a special rune page full of attack speed runes if you want to jungle with Warwick or something, and your two rune pages are already full of defensive runes because normally youāre the tankā¦ that sucks.
Runes help but I donāt consider them something you NEED per se. Unless you play ranked where perhaps every bit counts. When youāre playing with all the random retards, itās not that big of a deal. I made a friend the other night who doesnāt have a single rune and he was fucking beasting. I have stupid ad-character-centered runes and I play a lot of support/ap champs. shrug Iām rarely like losing a fight where they had one hit left that wouldāve been finished had I had magic penetration runes or something.
