Yeah, I think mechanicas/sh’s point is basically the same as my own, it’s just funny to hear it from someone else for once.
Although, I play ken now exclusively, but if people are going to practice different characters then that’s their fucking beef, and people need to handle that.
When I first played anthony he was whooping my ass with goddamn ibuki, so I don’t wanna hear this you can’t be good while practicing other characters shit. You’re skill and comprehension of the game aren’t tied to whether or not you play the top 3. Playing top tier doesn’t make you magically a better player.

Makoto is pretty good. Parry a normal and you’ve got it in the bag 
Not to say she’s like Iron Man or anything, just that she does MASSIVE damage when played right. K.O. playing SA3 makoto ftw
She’s nearly the exact same position in tier as ken in tier but ken has a lot of safe options and is a lot less likely to need one dramatic mistake on his opponents part to win the match. Makoto feels like just sitting there the entire match waiting for you’re one chance to get an opening, then destroying your opponent. I switched to ken because he feels more balanced and has more options.
also, urien should have a color/alternate option where you can keep the suit on.

It has nothing to do with tiers… I just thought it was cool that we had a Makoto player. :razz: I just dig character diversity. I would probably also give up trying to learn the game at a higher level as Makoto though.
