Thank you for the video. I guess I will have to get some lab time to test FoF after Air Six Cannon.
Hmm I’m guessing Nemo did alpha counter into SoV. But how do you kill off of 7 Rings Xfactor? They seem to float kinda low on the ground. M Teleport?
These are the combos I used to get started that are in this video with inputs in the description.

once i got really good with flight canceling I pretty much did all the combos in this vid. It has good soul drain loops at the end with Dr Strange which is part of my strategy to always have meter.

Haha sorry I took long to reply, the wife was hogging my lap top. Basically I built ideas out of this GDLK vid using EoA

Also note that can combo in to a soul drain bullet after :f:+:m: because of the hit stun and also gives you time to call an assist then go in to illusion and take all your opponents hard earned meter. I tell ya women take every a guy works for.:’(
You have to wait for the very last hit of 7 Rings, XFC, then teleport in with M.
Also, Dormammu’s Air M serves as a good way to prevent any air dashing or double jumping on incoming, making sure they have to fall into the flame carpet.
If you want to share any of that divinity with me, I’m all about that. I’ve seen the video, but I do a different setup since that one’s hard to do consistently:
s.LMH, f.H + EoA, Soul Fist H, Astral Vision, etc.
I wanted to thank everyone for posting those Dorm/Morg combo tools and setups. Those are insane. My choice is one of those two. Morg is a fantastic point character and backed up with Eye/Missiles… insane. Dorm has the ability to switch from both Rushdown and Keepaway with either of those assists and as others have said Dorm+Bolts is just dumb. God, I have to decide on a character now… I love both of them.
Dorm is probably the easier character to learn execution wise - so I might stick with him for a little bit while practicing Morg’s fly/unfly cancels in training mode. Thanks, I’ll be posting again once I solidify my team. Here’s hoping one of those two finally gets me out of a year long character crisis.
Why not use Morrigan/Dr. Strange/Dormammu? I think it’s a pretty solid team, and I plan on giving it a shot.
I’m using Dr. Strange/Storm/Dormammu, with BoB (EoA sometimes)/Whirlwind/Dark Hole. Whirlwind works really well with mixups, the same way as Hawkeye quick shot, just need to be a bit closer to the opponent because it doesn’t hit fullscreen. It’s also great for creating space and setting up EoA and graces, the same for Dark Hole. Good DHC’s, good THC, Dormammu on XF3 is so nasty, and most important, they are my favourite characters in this game, so I really enjoy playing them. I’m so happy to find this team!
I’m so mad at myself right now. I spent three days in the lab earlier trying to learn FoF loops starting with IP, Flame, IP, Launcher only to get it like 15% of the time and couldn’t understand why not. I was exactly the horizontal distance from the enemy that everyone else is and I had watched Mazio’s video like 800x times not understanding what I was doing wrong. I didn’t realize that my vertical spacing was wrong until tonight… Now I’m getting it like 80% of the time. Still just doing the simple one: aka One Palm, Flame per jump - but I don’t think that adding more of those in the air will be a problem just more practice. I just had to delay my superjump… That’s it. So mad.
I feel your pain, I had to figure that one on my own too. Right now Im trying to master it from mid screen.
Only time to really do 3 reps at sj height is when u think they are too high… Or u could add one fof on the ground to correct height and distance
And in the last rep
K, so now I have two teams to mess around with
Team-dumb, to play tournaments and all, which would be the Nova/Spencer/Strange stuff;
and Team-fun, the team I really like to play, which would be Strange/Doom/Someone, with someone being Ammy/Hawkeye/Vergil.
Life’s better now. Note to self: never, and I repeat, NEVER ever pick Iron-Man in a tournament again.
morrigan/strange/phoenix
Bandwagon-er, You are dead to me
strange with his 2 arch enemies (dormmamu and shuma) isnt so bad either… Shuma on point might not be as simple to use as nova but the raw tag combos are there with or without assist… also you can raw tag other character in if mystic stare hits and shuma health is allow the eyeballs will still be attached making it harder for enemies to pressure you with the threat of eyeballs exploding…
shuma(a)/Steven(y)/Dorm(a) is a very good team…
I really want - and I mean, REALLY want - to test Shuma/Strange/Doom and use the eyeball-tags into flame-loops.
Thing is, Shuma’s hard to play, and I dont have enough time to master him before the next tournament (next weekend) and also before the next major we have here in Brazil (january). So for now, I’m playing Nemo’s team (dont hate me Gefen, I played Spencer since the beginning of vanilla.)
How much damage can he do in a BnB with missiles and bolts, Ceemurda? Like, the most optmized stuff? If he can kill, then that is what I’m going for.
lol I right there with you… Ive been playing shuma on and off for a minute now… shuma combo arent hard to do honestly especially doing his easy stuff… the hard part is getting the mystic stare M to hit after his crouch H due to the fact its a charge move but after that you can do a simple air series then tag out eye ball explodes IP FOF loop… you can build 2 meters before a potential flip out but since your using hidden missile you can get one more rep… you will end up doing about 1.1mill well at least that what I get doing it… I got the idea from watching this video
