Poison’s fireball only combos from a point blank crouching middle kick other than that heavies.

Overhead, St.lk, St.hk into stuff is hella sexy combo.

HK KBG is slow, but it seems to have some sort of built-in low profile. That, or the invincibility is much higher than the Brady guide suggests.

I’m looking at st. HK, cr. HP, st. MP, MK/HK/EX KBG, cl. LP, cl. HP, cr. MP for Anti-Airs. I did not look at the jumping moves (I really need some hitboxes right now…) but jump back HK and neutral jump MK look good.

Going by Rook’s frame data he put up from the brady games app, only EX and LK have invincibility. I’m pretty sure KBG just low profiles just like it did in SFxT. Combine that with it coming out slow and if you’re doing it as a deep DP then it all just kicks in.

1000 health? I guess that confirms that she was born male.

Some things I’ve found:

apparently non-EX Love Me Tender will throw as well with the same command as SFxT (holding Down when it hits), but it’s just better to use the EX version I think, as it will auto-throw. For the non-EX though, you have to be near dead center when LMT hits and be holding down for it to work. I will further test this and report back with results.

Also, the range on U2 is really close, to the point of near-uselessness. You literally have to be in the other player’s face and standing on top of them to get it to connect (it doesn’t have range like Balrog’s Dirty Bull, where he reaches out at least). At the very least, U2 will be matchup-specific, with U1 being preferred 99.9% of the time.

Update: the non-EX Love Me Tender command to proceed into throw is Down+any kick once the LMT connects (for SFxT, it was simply hold Down on the stick/pad).

I won’t get to play ultra till later tonight, but can anyone post screenshots of her colors? I’ll love you forever ^^;

I just got up not long ago so…i’m still figuring things out…man…no time for impressions… im really going to hold off on that…Just one thing to say and that’s the character is fun.

I’m assuming they changed things from the previous builds for LK and MK KBG because they were straight booty in the NEC and FR builds of the game and HK/EX seem to be the only decent ones I found worth using.

Though whatever. I’ll goof around with her when i’m off work later.

Tentative punish list, for anyone interested. Damage values are in bold.

2f – Super (370)
3f – cr. LP xx LP WoL (166)
3f – Throw (140-150)
4f – MK/EX KBG (130 | 170)
5f – st. MK xx MP WoL (206)
6f – cr. MP/cr. MK xx EX WoL (185 | 240 with LK KBG ender)

cr. MP/cr. MK seem to have the same range; EX WoL is needed to hit from the tip, as MP WoL will not reach.

For a max damage punish, you can:

cl. MP, cr. HP xx HP WoL (295)
cr. HP xx HP WoL (236)
cl. HP xx EX LMT (300)

I’ll probably be using the latter two. The first one, while being a one-frame link, doesn’t seem too difficult to hit, but apparently it doesn’t work on everyone.

Well :mk: / EX KBG is her 4 frame reversal option( 5 / 12 frames of invincibility ) . I can’t say much more than that.

Funny, her Ultra 1 has Auto-Correct.

Her stun potential seems ridiculous when she gets that first big counter hit. I managed to stun decapre in like 2 and a half combos.

Her stun is really good, hopefully you’ll get those stun rating in your Combo Thread @Genistar.

I’m going to see how consistent things are against the cast, like some juggles and stuff.

Random note, Personal Action 10 is like…da best…well 6 is pretty funny. I really appreciate all the cooperative work from everyone.

Some range measurements (thank you based savestate)

st. LP, st. MP, st. MK all have roughly the same range. st. MP moves you back a little.

cr. MP, cr. MK, st. HK have about the same range. It’s just a tad more than the above. St. HK will probably not connect reliably due to how high it hits.

cr. HK and Focus Attack have about the same range.

Max range is st. HP. (Watch for focus.)

Yep I have to go back and put the stun damage in lol. She seems to have issues fighting rose.

Anyone see if she has a Kara throw off s.HK or far s.HP? curious to see.

I just found a stupid bug/glitch…

Jump fierce to close Fierce will whiff on Oni(Ultra)…Lol depending on when you land the jump in, the active frames for the close fierce is slow low that it will whiff…Doesn’t seem to affect any other buttons. So, I know what not to jump in with now…

@Shin Oni, I found a Kara-cancel that moves her backwards… far :mp: - throw moves her back some…

Back throw has a teeny-tiny more range than forward throw.

yea the far.MK kara cancel was in SFxT too lol. Oh well.

Seems like EX WoL is go-to when OSing in footsies. st. LP/st. MP/st. MK/cr. MP/cr. MK are eligible for counterpokes/keepout with OS EX WoL, as if you happen to hit a limb you will probably still connect. EX AE will probably work too.

cr. HP would be designated whiff punisher (with EX WoL/AE).

so, I guess proper footsies with Poison requires meter.

Other than those instances it seems everything involves risk (i.e. cancel or don’t mixup). HK LMT would be for aggro/staying close, and any AE would be for pushing out.
