True but Ibuki is a bitch to block man. Them kunai mixups are so insanely dirty, it’s too much of a 50/50 of which way to block.

Truth be told, I too prefer to wait for my chances, but against Ibuki, I’m starting to think that the only way to contain her is to go all Kamikaze on her because if you let her one inch to work her shit on you, you’re as good as done. I heard some peeps here say that the best thing to do when she starts her kunai mixup is to FA on wakeup, but the timing’s so strict on it that if you screw up once, you’re still fucked as she can get in a monster combo whith her shenanigans…
So you either have to be lucky (or insanely Jedi-like) and block all of them, or you teleport. If you miss on both, you’re still raped.

Against Cody you did great and you showed knowledge of the matchup with the U2 OS, you only pressed buttons a couple of times during his pressure, that’s one matchup where staying put is really a must, that cr.LK has incredible range and with the new 3f startup it literally screams Counterhit. There was this round when you were up 1-0 and with no life left, but instead of sweeping him (after a combo) and going for a turnaround you opted for a EX Uppercut and got bingo’d to death 1 second later.
I literally raged when it took you a: air fireball, throw, crossup tatsu into sweep, palm, cr.MK xx ex fireball, b&b to stun him (on the last hit). For christ sake, 5 (4 not counting the throw) mixups and a fireball, really?
That Rufus basically beat you just with j.HK, the damage that stuff leads to is ridicolous. But aside from that, you really should’ve stayed on the ground more. He also read you jumps in the corner - I have this bad habit and noticed you tend to jump a bit too, dunno if it was just the pressure of the moment etc.
Dunno what happened with F-Word and those teleports (you started good too), though in all fairness, if the next slide is gonna stun you and cost you the round, it’s not a matter of risky Yomi anymore, just activate it. Also, you landed a corner throw but went for cr.MP instead of st.MP, was that an execution mistake on the unblockable or just more shenanigans?
Anyway, great stuff, you really showed flashes of your skill even when you say you played bad!

Anyways, those 2 demon armageddons you did at the end of the video (vs. cammy & juri), you could have demoned them with U1 just as easily for a lot more damage. It’s gonna take A LOT more than that to make me (or well, anyone probably) switch to U2 for more than 2 or 3 select matchups like Cammy and Rufus.
