Cammy has the advantage , but its not a terrible matchup , the match can ends fast from both side . Cammy can punish teleports with os backfist or ultra . I would say 6/4 cammy. I had a 50+ set matches with tokido just yesterday and the ratio was 6/4 for me.

Admittingly, a good D-Jay, is difficult to close in and defeat but IMO you did not use enough “shaku”, cept the last round, and too much jump-ins. That’s free punish for any D-Jay/Guile. Plus your spacing was off, in D-Jay/Guile’s favor.
Until I can get a knockdown, I prefer to zone D-Jay/Guile fighting a projectile war because that’s how most if not all D-Jay/Guile initiates their offense. Yeah, this can get redundant and boring but this is more or less how this battle is fought towards a “w”=victory.
Watched 2nd vid. You were way too “timid”, maybe already “mindfawked”. That’s what it looked like. That Viper was pretty standard - straightforward. Maybe he was holding back but nothing impressive overall.
