Do you ever know what you’re talking about? the .5 isn’t for winning half a game it’s another way of indicating that a character would win 55/100, hence 5.5/10.

And guess what, when a number/10 isn’t accurate the matchup number get expanded. That’s how this stuff works. Not every match falls perfectly into an out of 10 format.
