Sup Shin, yeah I just wanted to be a piece of shit for two rounds but failed lol. Rog doesn’t take any practice so I figured I’d try him. Chaos has been using Akuma for a sub a while, it’s just not known because he sticks to Ken in tournament.
that akuma used his sweep WAY too much (but sweep overuse happens to the best of us). Also I didn’t like his choice of block strings. To me c.lp c.lp c.lp c.hk = fail… lol. But thats just me i guess. If it magically beat out SRK then that would be one thing but I just don’t see the point in a sweep in that situation…just looked …weird.
Haha, I actually use that crossup a lot. HP, Tatsu, HP, Flip Kick, Hp…etc.
Only as a one-trick pony though.
If you get a focus or jump-in, and proceed to do HP, Tatsu, HP xx Flip Kick, Hp, Tatsu, MP SRK. It stuns average characters all the time. It’s pretty cool to use it once, and never use it again.
Anyone worth playing will usually walk forward or dash back anyway, or AA. Eat stupid punish if you get reckless with it. But I hear the Koreans have little to no defense, that’s why they get smashed by randoms in Cali. Still cool videos though.
Which kick crosses up in that instance? I can never get the Demon Flip Kick to actually hit the other side of the opponent. It either hits slap bang in the middle or over shoots and lands behind them.
Is it due to Poongko walking forwards slightly after the reset, or is it doable on your own?
