That was a hilarious Blazblue matchup. Can just sat there blocking while Yaz kept coming in with punishable stuff. Hakumen was a pretty good choice, easy to pick up and learn. I was half expecting 2 bangs though.
I wanted to see Ceasar’s Blaz, he said that was “his” game. Made me curious.
Seeing Yaz get dominated made me pretty sad. He was definitely one of the best, and it’s sad to see him go on a shooter. If he had a mouse, maybe he would have dominated. It sucks to see WCG not utilize PC gaming as much. You can always play using shooters and RTS.
Actually, they played with all sorts of things this season. A steering wheel, a mouse and keyboard, pads, cell phones, drums. I suppose it’s a good enough mix.

they’re both bad really. So it’s not like anyone else is getting a better way out. Plus Yaz just came off a 0-5 loss with Blazblue. I’m sure Yaz already knew he was going to struggle with Kat on Halo since it was her game. But i’m curious to see if it would’ve made a difference if it was like Halo 3 on PC or something.

actually the same can be said about Kat/Yaz with BB. all he had to do was win BB and it was over buuuut that didn’t happen. Yaz didn’t know the secret technique that was Jesus kick.
I understand what you mean though. Considering those SC4 matches were all mash to begin with, to have that guy make a comeback like that and clearly not adapt is pretty sad.
I feel the whole confrontation where kat called her over and did the whole “as I understand I took your BF” was the fake part. from that shit I did not like kat at all especially when she was trying to blame the drama on Vanessa. but looking back at it it seemed way too forced to be real.

Yo that Halo match was ridiculous. Kat is a god with them head shots in the air. She was styling on him with all sorts of weapons too lol…and no wonder Kat is such a good gamer, her whole family is hardcore gamers, amazing.
I want to see Jake vs Caesar final just to see Caesar crush Jake’s pride once more. But I bet it was a close match because they both are console shooter players.
Yeah, I hated Kat after that confrontation shit with Vanessa too. It was so dumb when she said “don’t call me homie!” But she won my respect in the Bad Company episode and driving better with her feet than Justin with his hands, that takes skill.
The drama between Kat and Vanessa is real and the former is hated on by her own community.
Whether or not the beef was squashed on the show was real or not is beyond me.
PC gamers can’t use a controller, hahaha. No wonder they talk shit about console gaming. Yaz’s aim was horrendous. Not only that, but all he was trying to use was his magnum AND he never got the high ground. Seems like he spent a little too much time on Rock Band, a game that really didn’t even matter.

Yea, the adjustment from PC to pad and arcade stick is pretty terrible for many. Yaz was fucked and he knew it.
The thing is in this show, I remember someone telling me that it’s “provoked”.
Basically the camera crew would know the insides on some of the people and tell them “hey, this one girl is talking mad shit about you” or “didn’t you have some beef with that person? Talk about it now” or whatever.
