Was do the points in the replay screen mean

When I view a replay there is a screen that says
Main Character xxxxx
Class x
Player points #####
Battle points #####
Total #####

But what bothers me is that the player pionts and the battle points don’t add up together to give the number in the total.

PP is how many points the particular player has accumulated on that account.

BP is how many points that player has accumulated using a particular character.

Total is the number of times youve played.
