Doesn’t matter, there has been leaderboard hacks like this for the past three years. Just omit them from validation.

Yeah it was hacked. I posted a thread about the day it happened: SSF4AE: PC leadboards hacked :( Thankfully so far that one person is the only one who has done it so far. But he has screwed up the Juri / Dhalsim leaderboards
