I can’t for the life of me hear Gen say “both” anywhere in the trailer, which leads me to believe that he’s being shown after his first battle with Gouki, after he’s collapsed from his illness and Gouki’s already vanished. It would’ve been nice if Gouken, Gouki, Ryu and Ken all looked and sounded this way in Alpha Generations, their designs and voices that is, especially Gouki’s. Very awesome trailer.:lovin:
This is what I believe I’m hearing Gen say if anyone can auditorially prove or disprove:

*- shiau/death meet is a term seen in Gen’s scripts when he’s exchanging words with Gouki, essentially meaning a death match.
I’ve most likely butchered the second non-laughing sentence because he’s talking quite fast, but my emphasis is on the first one for the time being. I don’t know if instead I’m supposed to be hearing “saa, shiyoi, shiryouhou no da!” and then the subs would make sense with the audio. Thoughts from anyone?

Ooo, so Rolento’s managing of the narcotics factory (which I assume is the industrial stage in Final Fight) was in competition with Shadaloo’s drug trade there. Apparently Rolento got around quite a bit as a mercenary before joining Mad Gear, too.
(and we also know that the factory was in operation as early as 1984? Hmm)
