20 years ago I was accused of rape by a chick I was going to school with.
However I was able to get her laughed out of the court (and got an apology from the public prosecutor) due to the fact I had 15+ witnesses that saw her “make the first move” and heard her say “How great it was”.
After receiving death threats from her family (before the truth came out that she was lying) they ended up kicking her out of home and apologizing to me for what she put me through.

If you get convicted for a crime you didn’t commit, and are later absolved, I believe you should have the right to commit said crime.
Last thing I read was his lawyer saying that he was only trying to get the $100 per day of incarceration he’s owed by California law. Totals out to something like 200K, which ain’t much of shit compared to what they took from him…
