I had a family friend have something similar happen to him. He went to court relaxed thinking they would never be able to put him in jail for a crime he didn’t commit, he’s been rotting away for 8 years now. #justiceforall?

The saddest thing about this whole mess is that we only know about this shit because this cunt actually wanted to help Banks clean up his record. She didn’t want to repeat the story to prosecutors (and risk losing the money she got). Somehow she thought she could clean his record without officially going back on her story, I guess. The point is, we only know about this because she got a tiny scrap of conscience. That’s what lead to Banks’ PI taping her, and a subsequent overturning of the conviction.
The thing is: how many other Brian Banks’ are in prisons or on a sex offender list because they fell prey to a smarter cunt with NO conscience or a woman who was truly mistaken? It’s horrifying to even think about.

Yeah, they could have made so much more cash my dragging him through the family courts system and forcing him to pay to see his own kids. I don’t think that many single men without children realize that this is pretty much what happens in family courts.

Oh what a surprise… I was already 99% sure she burned through her settlement with the quickness, and now it’s apparently confirmed? Heh, trash like that is fairly easy to predict sometimes. She probably bought a house and/or car(s) they couldn’t afford right away, and only had maybe 200 grand left after that…so of course she bought a lot of expensive clothing and things for the kids, etc. etc. (haha, probably NO portion of it put away for the kids’ college fund) The very simple concept of “saving” and/or “investing” was most likely not anywhere in her thought process.
*perhaps he takes some small bit of satisfaction in knowing that her life is currently in the financial gutter, basically…no man of reasonable character and status (who is in his right mind) would give her the time of day… and there’s also the satisfaction that she will never, ever escape poverty. There is no reason to feel sorry for people like her.
I don’t see how she planned on “helping” Brian when she has nothing to offer him or any man for that matter. The idea that a welfare case who blew $1.5 million is going to help someone who spent time in prison on a rape charge is laughable. He needs to stay as far away from her as possible. If he does wind up in the NFL, she will just be a distraction looking to feed off his earnings in some way or another. Block her on FB and let her marinate. Nothing good can come from keeping contact with her.
