man what’s up with these bad sellers lately. we’re all getting ganked.
just an update bucklemyshoe has not responded and i have filed with paypal.
I’ll be filing a report in the morning if I don’t get a response from my third email to him… I have nothing against the guy since he seems nice, but if anything, I have to file a complaint just so to be safe. He may end up sending it soon anyway, but if he doesn’t, there’s only that 45 day window period to file the complaint… So better safe than sorry. Plus, maybe it’ll remind him when he starts seeing these fill in.
just wanted to remind you guys that if you win the dispute and paypal does NOT give you the money go straight to the bank with paper work and proof and ask for a charge back. they will side with you because paypal may not always give u the money back, your bank will.
Although I trust KK to send the case, if he doesn’t, there’s no way I’m letting $70 slip through my fingers like that… I’m poor as it is and am investing quite a bit just to make this stick. I’ll definitely heed your advice AL, though hopefully I won’t need to go there.

This doesn’t mean I think I’m getting screwed over at all, (and I don’t know how to really say this without looking like a jerk) but I may submit a claim to Paypal just as a precaution if it doesn’t ship within the next day or so. Don’t take it the wrong way at all; it’s just that paypal only gives 45 days to submit a claim if something goes wrong, and I don’t wanna be sorry for not filling one out just in case.
Either way, I definitely trust you and look forward to getting my case. As mentioned before, I’m looking forward to any updates and hope you have recovered from any illnesses contracted.
This post is in regards to Nitewalker, I see recently he has resurfaced and is selling/buying items in the trading forum. I’ve pasted my story below.
While I’m aware he’s recently sent out items he’s sold this is an outstanding debt from two years ago. After so long of being ignored, I decided to just let the amount slide only to see him show up and sell/buy things meaning he has some/all of the money but doesn’t view paying me off as a priority. He has contacted me after I posted in his thread but it’s more of the same I’ll pay you when I can. I’d be happy to remove or edit this post should I ever receive payment but seeing as it’s going on two and a half years now, I doubt it.
Alright he’s on the list, if he wants to come in and defend himself (don’t see how since this has been going on for 2 years!!) he should or pay up.
Sadly. he’s still buying SRK prem and sticks without paying me the money he still owes.
^That is fucking dirty, man. Do what I did and PM Mr. Wizard with your full story, just link to your post. When shitbag Nareg at gamingnow refused to fucking refund me all it took was Wizard to give him 24 hours to give me my money back or ban him, and magically the money appeared in my account.
At least if he is banned he can’t rip other people off (as easily).
I dont know the whole situation with him and Nitewalker, but i bought game from
Nitewalker and i got it quick and fast and no rip off or compalints from him or me and he has sold others items to srk members and they were all good.
I replied to a PM he sent me Sunday. Told him that he should make an appearance here if he plans on getting back into stick building. I haven’t heard back from him since. I know that he had to back out for a while due to personal reasons he should still make good on this.
BTW I have contacted all my customers and we are making good on all fronts. I should be able to pack up Tactics order tonight for shipping in the morning. If not it will go out over the weekend due to the holiday. Quily2002’s case went out last week. He should have it by now.

man the trade forums can be depressing sometimes. it seems like every day or every other day I find another thread from someone selling all their stuff 'cuz they lost their job or fell on hard times. it’s particularly bad when it happens to peeps with otherwise good reps. to those of you who do right by this community even when life sucks, keep your heads up.
I agree. Just read through the thread and people are getting screwed heavily. 200$ is a LOT of money for some people.
Thankfully I haven’t been punked (yet). I actually praised Nareg at gamingnow.net on his thread for a good transaction. I got exactly what I ordered and very fast as well, but I am steadfast on principles and will choose another vendor for my next purchase. After reading about Airthrows dispute with him, I feel more comfortable at arcadeshop.de or some other site.
It affects us all.

Did anyone hear anything from PsychoBizaar??? He was suppose to make me a casing for a joystick but he never replied back. I paid but no reply. Can anyone see if he is still around.
Not a member here, but I would warn ebayers from doing business with kbc2004. I bought a 1000 Yen PSN Card off this member, and never received the code, which was supposed to be e-mailed to me.

As a new member here, I’m shocked at some of the stories that Ikagi-chan and others have shared with the rest of us. Still, as awful as these situations are, I’m real glad that shoryuken has a thread for this. A lot of other sites I’ve been to and bought from have nothing like this. What a great idea!
