I’m there, baby. Spent most of last week playing with stick, practicing the weirder Hakan setups and uncombos… Still can only crisco cr.MK, but I’ll iron out those niggling faults with time, hopefully… And getting the ever-loving piss beaten out of me for a couple hours a week is the classiest way to go.
We had marginal success with the Accent Core setup I brought last week, but is anyone still up for that? I noticed nearly all the attention gravitated around current-gen games like Super and CS, was kinda hoping we’d see more variety, but eh. If anyone’s interested, I can still bring a PS2 (one stick), and CVS2, KOF XI, 98UM, 3S, ST, XXAC, NGBC, Alpha Anthology, Arcana Heart (ugh), or, heaven forbid, Fighting Evolution. Think it’d be fun to start up a room with a game people can come in and learn the ropes of that they never had the chance/competition to play with… I know a couple of us wanted to flex our KOF muscles…

I know we have at least a couple people interested in KOF so that would be alright. Until we iron out the setup situation unfortunatley we dont have a whole ton of room for variety, with CS and Super taking most of the setups since those are what everyone wants to play. I definitly wouldnt mind getting my King back in action, love that girl.
I cant wait to spam more scissor kick tommorow though.
I’m up for KoF. Never played XI but Gato is in it so I’m sure I could cheese it out for a while.
I’ve been playing Gief exclusively for the last week. I’ll see if it pays off tomorrow.

gief is a surprisingly hard matchup for me, even though chun is supposed to own it. I just scare when people get in close i guess.

MvC2 should be installed on at least at least a couple PS3s, we’ll definitely get some going

lol what is it with the meet-up days and my exam days? I have exam today at 6.30pm - 7.30pm >_> I’ll be at teh meet-up this time though. So will it be like last time where each room plays different series? My friend who plays Tekken might go to the meet-up tonight. Also, do I have to bring anything to the meet-up(my own dualshock, and whatnot)? I originally was going to bring my PS3 but since I have an exam tonight that’s probably not the best idea. However, I’ll be sure to bring it when I don’t have an exam on the same day as the meet-up.

Okay, get a reservation at Best Western Columbus for 8 people in 2 rooms. Its a ten minutes drive from the venue however its only 255. If anyone has a issue, let me know so i can cancel.
