Hey Jeff, here?s what I found for Honda vs. Blanka Ultra 2:
EX headbutt works, but the timing is strict as hell, needs to be RIGHT when Blanka pounds the ground, not before, and definitely not immediately after the flash. The window in between the first hit and the second is incredibly tight. The fact that this works though makes me pretty sure there is a window to do Ultra 1 as well but I couldn?t hit it, the way the Ultra flash eats inputs makes it so hard to successfully do a charge ultra after the flash but before the fist pound.
Tony: Still haven?t found an escape for Ryu. I tried what you thought would work with the Jump, Jump EX Tatsu but the second hit just stays out FOREVER and I always landed in it, or if I tried to delay to the very end I would get hit right out of it. I tried lots of other things, jumping normals, shoryuken escapes, nothing worked. One kind of interesting thing I found though is if you jump back and then do an EX Shoryu as you land you take much less damage than if you do the EX Tatsu air escape. If you do EX tatsu and land in it you take two hits, but if you do the jump back and then EX Shoryu you only take 1 hit for close to half damage. What?s even more interesting is if you do jump back Fierce jump Shoryu you take one hit, bounce in the air, and then take a second hit. This ultra has some really interesting properties for sure.

I was wrong when I said that Ibuki’s slide isn’t punishable from full-range, I must have done something wrong before, from what I can tell it’s something like -4/+1 but I’m still not sure
and Cammy’s HK dives can cross-up but just not in the corner…last time I tested it I think I missed that last part
Think I’m going to end up playing both Ibuki and Cammy, both are just insanely good

NeoGeo Battle Coliseum FTW lol. I’m more tempted by SamSho 2 myself, hear it’s got decent netcode too. Loved me some samurai shodown. Although that crazy japanese fighting game with the troll looks hilariously awesome too and i think that’s only going to PSN.

I just got back to town and would be up for some games tonight if people want to come out to my place. Really trying to level up my Makoto, you know I love those Vega-like pokes combined with Blanka-like shenanigans.
And Anthony if you can come out tonight it would be great if you could bring your PS3 and stick, I have HDMI cables so it shouldn’t be a problem to set up at my place. And that way you don’t have to play on my ailing SE that wasn’t pro status to begin with.
