after actually reading that MK9 guide with the tier lists they justify everything they say really well. Shang Tsung’s zoning game is insanely good and while the soul stealing stuff is mostly irrelevant you can do hilariously hilarious damage if you xcopy somebody like Scorpion or Kung Lao
