Deadpool sounds serious?
You kiddin. With all the girly screams/goofy battle cries/comical lines, you’d think he wasn’t being serious. lol
There’s nothing even remotely serious about any of deadpool’s lines so far seen in MvC3.

I dont like any of the VAs tbh.
I know this is part bias but i really feel that the 90s VAs had the characters right. as a kid walking into the arcade, hearing caps voice just felt…right. Everyone so far feels wrong, except maybe Doom. I don’t think the necessarily need to change actors, but the actors need to work on it more.

You are only saying the 90’s voices “felt right” because of nostalgia(I don’t say that negatively btw).
It’s been 10 years, it makes sense that they update the voices. Some of them are actually better and it’s understandable that Marvel would use their current guys.
I wouldn’t bet on it though, Marvel is using VA’s from their recent stuff.
who are they using for Capatain America anyway because that is not Justin Gross or Trev Broudy I’m hearing.

I LOVE the calling each other’s names and the AVENGERS ASSEMBLE!
For a change I’m gonna keep EVERYONE in English and furthermore I never understood why people switched so many in SSFIV. I mean COME ON half of them sounded like Scooby Doo and I’m not gonna play a game where half the cast is in perfect English and the other half sounds like Scooby Doo and the game expects me to believe they understand each other.
Doom’s voice is currently terrible, he’s meant to be a super genius from an eastern european country, he currently sounds like a thug, and where’s the robotic sound to it as well? So bad.
What do you find wrong with Morrigan, Dante, and Chris’s voices?

Chris has his RE5 VA, Dante & Trish their DMC counterparts so there is no complainments on the Capcom side
Yeah, on that note, who could we have gotten for Cap or Doom? We don’t exactly have staples for their voices like Wolvie does and they don’t exactly have movie roles to fall back on, with the F4 movies being bad and obviously ripped apart and Chris Evans being busy…you know, actually making the Cap Movie.

The Doom doesn’t really sound “like some brute” though, the current VA makes him sound menacing which is how he should sound like. He is a tyrant after all.
Also, there are better Doom VA’s than Simon Templeman(Paul Dobson would have been great). He doesn’t do any work for Marvel currently anyway.
Cal isn’t doing voice work these days.

Dave Boat is great as Thor too.
Fred Tarcois is an excellent Hulk.
