Jason, you’ve improved a little bit since last time :tup:. I think one thing that could really improve your game would be to decrease your habit of jumping away so much and resort to back dashing or just plain walking backwards (in fact, I need to do this myself - everett landed that damn raging demon on me so many times :mad:). It may not get you as far away from your opponent as you want, but I think it’ll leave you better prepared for a counter-attack. You don’t seem to have too much trouble with opponents jumping in on you, but other stuff with ryu you might want to do is crouching fierce or if you’re cornered, you could try simply dashing forward underneath their jump-in to get out. Try some of that stuff out, you might see a difference in your game - hopefully for the better.
Everett, I need to teach you some of my tactics/gimmicks in 3s. We should’ve recorded some of those matches, cause they were too damn close; urien HAX!

So you can play as the boss in blazblue. To think I thought invite hell was bad when you had to block low, now you have to react to it and block the appropriate way 
Yeah, you can play as the other boss Haku-men too.
I can’t wait to play that game. I must say, Jin has some pretty badass combos.

One of the players in this match plays a RIDICULOUS Nu… longer combos, hit confirming swords into super… Just remember, as good as she seems her damage isn’t that good compared to others and she has glass bones and paper skin. She’s definitely a character I want to try out, though.
I think there’s a few more of her from that tourney in that channel, too.
I think we’re all going to like Blazblue. The one night I had to play it, I liked it, even though I had no idea wtf I was doing. So far, Rachel is the only character I have any idea how to play. I couldn’t figure anything out with Arakune because the cabinet was set to Hell difficulty and CPU Litchi wouldn’t stop rushing me down 
But Rachel is really cool. Think part Testament, part Storm (MvC2).
Funny thing about Nu is that they don’t say much about her being that good on the forums. Top tier is still supposed to be Arakune, then Rachel.

Thanks for the tips, need all the help I can get. I’d really like to just stop jumping around like an idiot all together, unfortunately years of bad play have kind of imprinted that into my play style, but it is a habbit I’m trying to break. Old dog, new tricks, I’ll get it eventually.
