Dark Geese is going because the best snk players live here. Alex is going because he’s going to win some tournies. What reason do I have to go? I don’t even own any of the games to practice. Going to tournies isn’t even fun anymore. Go, beat 2 or 3 people in cvs2/3s and 1 or 0 in mvc2. The people I do beat are shit tier scrubs. Not only that, but I alway have to hear the same people bitching about tiers or whatever, or listen to the theory fighters. So, I’m really happy for you that you want to go to this tournie, but to me it’s a waste of my time, and I’m tried of giving my money to whoever wins. Most people I hang around or wanted to play aren’t going, and people who I don’t like will be there,(one person and he knows who he is) so I have no reason to go, but I probably will because of the delusion that going to tournies makes you better. I’m so happy that you are taking 3 hour out of your day to come to this, that really makes me want to come…not really
Well, you’re not going to be anyone’s xmasterx if you don’t go to any tournaments, man. If you don’t own any games, don’t want to get better and don’t want to go to tournaments/think they’re a waste…I would imagine SRK in general is a waste of your time ;p
Now, if you have work, plans with your girl/family, that comes first and it’s cool. I respect that, I think some folks take it all -too- seriously. I go to hang out first and play games second.
