Sorry I took so long, but it’s 100 tracks of what I am sure is all awesome. I actually haven’t had a chance to listen to it all because of summer school, but what I have been able to listen to has been enjoyable. I haven’t played the original FFIV since 95 or 96 so I don’t quite remember all these tracks, but it is definitely bringing back memories. I would say it’s definitely worth the download.

one of my favorite tracks so far is Act 1 track 12 “The Skies Hold No Angels For Us”, and of course the main theme is awesome Act 1 Track 6

I personally enjoyed the OCR FFIV album. Some over at the Shizz forums complained that the music deviated too much from the source material. Aren’t there enough FFIV albums that stay close to the game’s audio roots? Besides, not every track deviated. I thought it was a nice blend of rock and orchestra tunes. Loved all 3 discs.

oh and I made a mistake earlier when I said it was 100 tracks, I added the whole folder to my winamp playlist and so it loaded both the FLAC and MP3 files so a lot of overlap, but still awesome album as I continue to listen to it. I aggree with ReggieHadoken it really is a good blend of orchestra, rock, and at least 1 track in Act 2 has some funny rap, haha
