As you can see, the majority of the songs are from 2I. So this compilation will have a Jazz theme.
Basically, I just picked my favourite 2I tracks and added some other Jazz influenced FGM tracks.
Sorry to those who have heard or have the 2I soundtrack already.
Itās pretty hard to find Jazz FGM as it is. There isnāt much out there (or so it seems).
But there are some new FGM tracks on the list.
IMO, Track 12 makes up for the overuse of the 2I soundtrack.
I tried to make the track selection flow as best as I could. So that would mean that I had to leave out the Classical Melty Blood music.

I do the same thing to āCold Pipeā OST (Zangiefās theme). That guitar intro is the shit.
When it kicks into the 2nd part of Sakura Mankai is my favoriteā¦my friend and I used to draw out our fights in that game to make sure that weād get to hear it.
Iām surprised Iām not hearing about it, but the guitar work in AST āDesert Wind/Heatā (Dhalsim/Darun) is top notch. Just like the drums in the 2nd parts to Bisonās AST theme āIrreconcilableā. And donāt forget the guitar/drums combo in āCold Pipeā OST for Zangief.
Again, I would not complain if the SFEX themes became the new permanent themes for those characters.
Iāve always enjoyed the 2nd Impact musicā¦I donāt object to your āoveruseā of it for your compilation. However, I AM partial to Urienās and Kenās themes myself lolā¦if this were my work, I would add theme to your list. Thatās why 3rd Strike had me scratching my head. The music in 3rd was differentā¦good, but different.
05 - I love that scratching in Hugoās theme

Iām listening to sooo much Castlevania music right now. Michiru Yamane is a hella beast when it comes to this shit and she knows just how an eviroment should sound in a game.
One thing I never noticed is how the 4 last painting in PoR are remixes of older Castlevania games. I knew Dark Acadamy music came from the Castlevania arcade game āHaunted Castleā But the music for 13th street sounds so good in PoR compared to the Bloodlines version, granted that version is on a Genesis cart.
My current fav albums happen to be all Mega Man. Go figure.
