Video Game Music Thread Ver. Once More With FEELING!

Shouldn’t be $25…I havent seen any vg bands albums really reach that price unless what you are looking at is their compilation album…that has like 3-4 albums on it. Where are you seeing it for 25?

I just finished the Last of Us 2, and I can not understand how anybody could hate this game after completing it.

I can understand how some are getting pissed off from beginning until maybe around mid of the game because of the leftist politics being obviously preached but there is no way that should ruin the experience after you get far.

I found the storytelling, the plots, and just the gameplay in this so amazing and it has a good amount of in-game value to compensate some of the progressive cringes in the cinematics. I highly recommend this.

Happy 20th Jet Set Radio…

But how is the music? :eyes:

Music in TLoU2 hasn’t been very memorable. It’s good at what it does for background filler, atmosphere and tone but that’s about it really.

Also happy birthday Jet Set!

For any Ocarina of Time fans. These versions of the Temple of Time theme really slap.

I was really scared this was going to be some wack ass dubstep remix.

These are great, thanks for posting!

Probably my favorite rendition of the various themes in the first NES Castlevania

Story behind this song is pretty interesting. It could only be heard if you visit Wrinkly when she’s playing her N64, since this game came out in November 96’, after Mario 64 had dropped. Nice little easter egg

I haven’t listened to all of the tracks out of the Golden Sun OC remix album yet but I put it in my playlist rotation. The one track I heard so far that I really liked I already posted as a part of VGG’s VGM Friday’s but I’ll post it here too

We’re never getting a SF game with a soundtrack that goes as hard as 3rd Strike did!!

Jazzy NYC 99 and Crowded Street are still my favorite tracks. Like Jazzy NYC 99 is like the perfect track to me in terms of video games

The only things that even comes close is CPSII Ken’s theme
