Like other awards show, itās an advertisement. One of my favorite directors, Hideki Kamiya, has only directed two games that werenāt commercial bombs (RE2 and DMC) but is still able to make awesome games. Itās more securing the finances and backing to do so which go hand in hand with the politics on how something is made, the things us consumers donāt know until we see the product has been greenlit.
Being successful can help in gaining clout to do what you want, but itās not a guarantee.

Wouldnāt nextcurrent-gen use the dualsense controller features though? Maybe have any DLC fixes and.or additions on the disc as well? Tough call. Cool you were able to secure a PS5 though.
Play it now if you have it though. Next-gen versions are still more than a few months out no?

Finally got a PS5. Installing Demonās Souls. Is that game harder than the Surge 2 because the latter has been kicking my ass. Remnant from the ashes is so easy compared to those games.

This is my first Soulās game, and Iām not finding it too difficult. Iāve finished the first area for every archstone so far, and Iāve also beaten the second area for the first archstone. The game is hard, but it doesnāt seem unfair so far. Granted, I still have a ways to go and I imagine itās going to get harder and harder lol.
Iām currently in the second area of the second archstone. I damn near beat the boss on my first try. He was slivered and needed only one more hit. But I got trapped against the wall and couldnāt get free so I died. Iām gonna fuck him up tonight.

I need to give more time into Demonās Souls. I have only beaten the very first boss to open up the rest. Then I have gotten to the boss of the 1-2 stage multiple times but opted to not keep going because I keep getting owned.
So I started the second one I think (hard to number them since they donāt have numbesr, but it is the one next to the first level) and I got to the first shortcut and then turned it off. But now I can get back up quicker.
I also feel like itās not too unfair or anything. Every time I die I feel like I could have done something different. I do feel like the game āfeelsā old though as far as combat goes. And sometimes I forget to lock onto a target and I will whiff because Iām not perfectly lined up, or hit a wall inches away. That can be annoying but that is what I mean about it feeling old.

Ima play Demonās Souls soon here. I played it when it was on ps3 but not very long. I found a really good spot to farm souls near the beginning of the game and I spent too long there. I took a break from the game and never went back to it.
Iāll be playing the original not the remake doe.
I did play Dark Souls. I got to the last boss in the game but wasnāt stronk enough to face him and I just never beat him. Iāll play it over again some day.
Edit - Been playing Jedi Fallen Order. And I didnt really give it any thought till last night but thats also a dark souls like game. Im having fun with it.

So Bolataria is 1. The first Arch Stone is 1-1. The second one is 1-2 and so on. And main number goes from left to right. So the Arch Stone to the right on Bolataria is 2-1. Storm Coast is 3-1. If i remember right we count to Broken stone even tho you canāt go to it the one to its left will advance up 1 number as if you could go to the Broken one.
Dark Souls 1s last boss, Gwyn Lord of Cinder can be parried to death. Itās really easy honestly.

That is kind of what I figured but I wasnāt positive if that is how it was meant to be just because you kind of go up and down stairs as you go to the right. Like I would expect the ones up higher to have higher numbers but sounds like thatās not the case, itās just left to right.

Yea itās not any kind of official numbering, just a community one to make talking about sections easier. Like āBastard Sword is in 1-1ā instead of having to say "Bolataria, first Arch stone/section/whatever.
By the way the Basyard Sword is indeed in 1-1 lol.

The stats you put your Soul Points into. I asked if you where focusing on Dexterity or Strength. The Bastard Sword is a Strength Weapon where as like a Spear is a Dexterity weapon.
