News about the GIJOE Operation Blackout game…

The story mode is NOT in two parts as earlier reported by gaming websites. It’s a mix. On one mission we play as Cobra and the another as G.I. Joe. But the story progression is linear. There are 4 difficulty settings, namely: Action Figure, Government Issue, Man Of Action, and Real American Hero.

There are total of 12 playable characters:

Cobra: Cobra Commander, Destro, The Baroness, Zartan, Storm Shadow, and Firefly
G.I. Joe: Duke, Scarlett, Snake Eyes, Roadblock, Sci-Fi, and Lady Jaye

NPCs include B.A.T.s, Red Ninjas, and unnamed Joe soldiers. We also have vehicle based missions.

There are 17 missions in total.

Charm of Heavenly Rebuke

Now I have a reason to play this again.

This is getting annoying. Pretty much every AAA single player title in recent years has recanted the “we’re not doing a NG+”. Just add that to the project schedule out the gate.

Is that the 3rd or 4th re-release of that game?

Idk. Never played it

Looks like it’s the 3rd lol.

Like wtf, EA can’t even come up with new ideas for a fucking racing game?

Yeah man. I’m gonna start over as a bad aas, but I’m doing it on Lethal.

This seems out of place for EA to fixate themselves on rehashing ONE title, being the experts of releasing a “new” game every year…

This trailer doesn’t get me hyped for the game at all…

I actually wish they would stick to it and stop hemming NG+ into every big game. Almost none of them are made for it and their NG+ modes tend to be very boring.

Hot Pursuit was a remake of NFS:3, and now they are making Hot Pursuit once again.

And there was also a Hot Pursuit 2 after NFS:3 so maybe this can be considered the 4th?

Oh shit Pistol Whip is out for PSVR I will have to snag that!

EDIT:

LOL apparently it’s been out since July 30th? Had no clue that was one I had my eyes on. Guess son being born on August 4th made me get it lost in the mix.

ha, if only.
the two of them just share a name, similarly to the 2012 Most Wanted. Outside of police chases there’s nothing alike between the 1997 and 2010 games

Then change the name it’s not hard. EA is just lazy.

they’re keeping the name not because laziness but because marketing. Same reason why modern Assassn’s Creed games are still called AC - it’s brand recognition. Ubisoft are cowards

They did. It was called Hot Pursuit: D

Every release of AC isn’t called AC:V or AC:O though…
