I thought Aerith was ok in OG FF7, but shes fucking awesome in FF7R.

I think Tifa and Aerith are cool for different reasons. Aerith is snarky as hell. I’m a sarcastic bastard so that appeals to me. Tifa is a strong and fit woman with soft personality. I like that dichotomy. A woman can be strong and not be butch.

I actually really really like that about Tifa. To have a seriously powerful woman who clearly wants to be the motherly type is a really cool contrast you never see, especially now with that over use of Girl Power Raaawr!!! Im really happy someone at SE remembered the girls personalities correctly because SE and the fans have been misrepresenting them for some years now. Tifa is a strong shell with a soft center, and Aerith is a spunky plucky white mage who wont take your shit.

One of my favorite moments in the Remake is when Aerith is talking a ton of smack, attempts to jump over a small gap between buildings, and immediately fucks up whispering “shit” under her breath.

I still gotta listen through EX’s soundtrack at some point. I never really played much of the ex games but I’ve hears multiple times that the music (at least for EX1) is super solid.

You know, I usually don’t care for simulation games (save the satire ones like Surgeon Simulator posted up above) but, this actually seems super cool. I had no idea so much work went into faithfully re-creating some of these locations and landscapes. It’s a very impressive attempt at being a 1:1 representation of these environments. They also got Drew Scanlon on this one which is really cool because he’s an actual pilot.
Only thing that seems lame is the numerous editions of the game. There’s a version for $120 that apparently comes with a good size of planes exclusive to it. Pretty whack, but the base game seems to have a respectable amount of content so I can kind of let it slide.
I’ll have to give this a try. It’s on Game Pass, so.
… Man, I love Game Pass.
Played a bit of Avengers. Its fun. Dunno if I’ll enjoy it very long. Seems kinda easy and brain dead. But its cool to be the super heroes and fuck shit up. Its pretty too. Server issues doe. Think its one of those gotta be connected else you cant play kinda games. I’ll have to circumvent that when the game releases.

Hope my PC can at least run Avengers on High. Game seems pretty graphically intensive.
It runs fine on mine and everything is set to ultra. You gotta download the hd texture pack shit separate doe. Like 18gb download.
I think you get to fight mutants and shit but they’re gonna be bosses and such. The fodder is all those robo dudes and shit.
Edit - If you want to use a controller you’ll have to go into you games. In the list of your games right click on it and click Properties > Steam Input Per Game Setting and set it to Forced Off.
