Okay good then maybe it was someone trying to make a joke. But the only part I saw as a joke was the one part I already knew. The other part of it was something that could have happened later on in the game.
Yo how is the newest Shantae game? I never got it when it came out and I am going to be bringing my Switch to the hospital since weāre there for 2 nights and there is bound to be some downtime, and Iām thinking of grabbing it. Iām assuming it is just more of the same and if you liked the previous one you will like the newer one?
Iām kind of tempted to bring my PS4 and Ghost of Tsushima but that is a bit overboard lol.

I found the last one pretty easy too but it was just fun. It wasnāt like Kirby easy but it wasnāt Monster Boy hard or anything.
So itās much easier than the previous one? I never played the OG one just the previous one on Switch.
Based on a review of a guy I trust (similar taste, not flip floppy, has been consistent for 10+ years) itās a lot easier then the previous ones.
The fact he is honest about Sonic games while also being a huge (self admitted) Sonic stan. Makes him trustworthy imo.

Itās so weird that this has been a thing since the beginning of console gaming but every time it happens people act like itās some new phenomenon and companies are fucks for doing it.

A character is fundamental part of the game. This is like the Mage class of a Final Fantasy game being exclusive to a console. Also, the Xbox and PC versions of the game aināt getting jack shit to balance the scales. At least the PS2/Gamecube/Xbox era did that.

It is likely a time exclusive bonus.
Also also, no one is forcing anyone to buy this. If people were on the fence and now theyāre not because of this, awesome. If not? Okay.
Thereās no language in Sonyās press release to suggest it is a timed exclusive. Itās all definitive. The only thing thatās timed are cosmetics rewards. Apparently Playstation got a 30 day lock on cosmetics for new hero releases.

I still feel like this is some sort of knee jerk reaction. Theyāre not going to openly say spider man is timed exclusive when right now Sony as a brand is pushing the Spider-Verse as hard as they are. Thatās just bad business.
Maybe Xbox/Pc will get an exclusive avenger as well? Who knows? Iām not going to burn them at the stake over this though. Just seems like a waste of energy.
Thatās simple. People pay the same price for the game but get less content dependent on their platform of choice.
