It looks like they copied Ryu’s moveset from NGII pretty faithfully, I wouldn’t mind playing those titles just to give him a spin there.
Loved the Thor and Hulk stuff and their unique tag team combos!!
I was going to skip it, but I may give it a shot.
The gameplay of Cap (from the early trailers), Thor, and Hulk have my attention!!
But some of the early designs, Kamala being the main character (I don’t hate her, just not a fan), and the Destiny/shooter raid with possible microtransaction vibes is keeping me in the cautiously optimistic zone.
Yo, 4 was pretty wack. I’m with you on that. Agree that the setting is bland and a little played out
The appeal of Undertale is it’s meta narrative and how you play the game has a direct affect on the game’s story. The game remembers what you did on past playthroughs.
It is why if you want to go for The Genocide Route, you make it the last time you play though that game.
As even deleting saves does not help, as the game will rewrite one of it’s core files to remember. Only Uninstalling and deleting the whole game gets that stain clean.
And its suggested the harder but pacifist Route should be your first play-though, as the game remembers everything you do.
oh and another taste of blasphemy I always like to throw out there…
Tetris— I don’t hate this one, but at best it’s just so-so for me… a “time-waster”, basically. It’s like a little snack instead of games I’d consider a full-course meal you’d make plans at a restaurant for. My favorite games of recent years—things like Bayonetta 1 and 2, Vampyr, Borderlands 2… some of those were such a big deal I actually took time off work specifically for them. (ha, I took a few days off around Vampyr’s release)… at least for me, Tetris is just nowhere near that level of hype.
Also—as mentioned many times before—Minecraft. I can’t get past those eyesore graphics.
watch tetris attack and grand master challenge speed runs and tournaments then come back to me.
Dunkey is funny. I don’t agree with everything he says on certain games when he’s being half serious but he’s still entertaining.
Oh Fuck man, forget Dragon Ball.
Top players on Tetris Grandmaster Challenge is the True meaning of Ultra Instinct
Half Life 2 is boring as fuck.

Mario Kart 64 is the most overrated game of all time.
YEP I SAID IT!
That game fucking sucks and has zero sense of speed. Fuck that game I was so pissed I had bought it after about a week or two and how fucking easy that game was. And that stupid ass waggle mechanic to get speed bursts while sliding. Seriously fuck that dumbass game.
I feel that way about double dash. I don’t hate it that much, but it’s not for me.
Baby park is sick tho.
Can’t really think of too many things that I’ve played and can say were over rated personally.
Purbeast’s post did remind me that out of all the games in the Mario Kart franchise I actually find Double Dash to be overrated. It’s good and it’s still a fun title but it’s bugs the hell out of me when people put that game on a pedestal and it’s all because that game is the only one with the tag mechanic. If I remember correctly it’s the only game in the franchise that allows you to powerslide out of harms way of red shells which I found interesting but the game doesn’t really give the best sense of speed for me and that’s compounded by the fact that the streets are super fucking wide. They always have a whole section at magfest with this game set up on LAN.
X-Men arcade is meh. Love the fact that Colossus roar is a meme for magfest but that game is way too simple and quarter munching for me. Everything about that game design and the way how the enemies work feel like it’s not here for you to have a good time, its here for you to drop money into it. I know a lot of people love this game with it’s 6 players and the first time I tried the game at magfest it was fun for the first stage or so but then the limiting nature of the combat really started the suck the fun out of it.
The Zelda series in general. I found every one I played minus wind waker to be boring. I honestly don’t see how it cultivated the fanbase it has.
I love Zelda but 2 games I think are really overrated are breath of the wild and a link to the past.
But for Real talk, Majora’s Mask and Windwaker are the two weaker titles in the series for me.
Phantom Hour Glass and Spirit Tracks are garbage.
The only two good Portable/ handheld Zelda (that isn’t a port) games been Links Awakening and Minish Cap.
And the GOAT still is Link to the Past.
Meet me in back in 20 minuets, come alone.
One thing that annoyes me about the term over rated is that connotation that it means bad. Over rate =/= bad. It just means it’s quality is stated to be at levels that are probably hard to meet. Alttp probably is over rated, but that doesn’t mean it’s actually bad either.
I’m just as guilty of this kind of mind set, it’s just a thought that has crossed my mind a few times over the years.
Bruh, you forgot a link between worlds. That game is amazing.
It’s just an opinion, man! Take it easy!
