Yeah it looked like mario galaxy meets sonic xtreme, not sure I’m feeling it but we will see.
I found myself actually liking that idea a lot. The villains seem a little too generic but provided Sega doesn’t do anything stupid, they could do a lot with the concept.
New Sanic reminds me of the bonus levels from Sanic 2. It seems like they re-designed him again and he looks like a fusion of old and new Sanic.

Some of the changes in terms of controls are quite interesting especially in the sense of it being a sonic game. Sonic is going to be the only one playable again but there will be cameos from other characters.
My overall impression upon seeing trailer for the first time? Hype as fuck…not gonna lie lol. I didn’t know what to expect when I hit the play button but I wasn’t expecting most of what I was seeing. If you’re going to take influences from a game for your platformer…you could do far worse than Mario Galaxy. Dat figure 8 run…I’ll probably be watching the trailer over and over again all the way up to E3. If the gameplay is as good as it looks from impressions at E3 then my last wish will be complete. Please dont fuck it up Sega. If you have to have Miyamoto come in and upend a tea table on you guys then let him do it.

Sonic fans started their bitches when Sega announce the next three Sonic games being Nintendo exclusive. I am among them. I’m hoping that means for consoles only because I really want to play this on PC.
Being a Nintendo exclusive just means that emulation will be coming that much quicker. Seriously, Nintendo hardware is the most exploitable.

If we are talking modding consoles that maybe a different story. As far as emulation is concerned, we will probably see WiiU emulators within a year. Games will probably be running in 2 years or less.
Edit: I don’t support piracy and I haven’t rocked any emulation for more than a year but I’m stating the facts.

The only Yakuza game I see running on the 3ds is Yakuza Black Panther which is a great series btw.
