You know what’s sad? A bios update for the ps3 was added a couple of firmwares ago and all bootleg controllers were no longer accepted. I mean they could easily get ps3 peripherals to work on ps4 since it’s usb but Sony has to profit. The losses they have accumulated this gen lead me to believe we have to get new sticks. I could be wrong and Sony keeps it real but they are a business after all.
Jeff is the Roger Ebert of games journalism. He’s honest, well spoken, damn funny, and offers useful insight into whatever he talks about. Just yesterday he put MS on blast tweeting the applause during the conference came from MS employees not the crowd and given his reputation he is the last man in the industry who could be bought out.
Which makes it very odd he takes the position of “don’t worry all the games we want to see will be at E3” He doesn’t put MS on blast for anything, but it’s interesting to note MS acknowledging they knew core gamers would be pissed at this reveal and it’s them getting all the shitty non game related of out of the way to pave the way for a game focused E3. MS really risking it all on a stellar E3 presentation .
12 new games 8 of which are new IP’s is exciting but this is MS so I’ll be shocked if more than 2 are exclusives.
They aren’t going to announce that many brand new exclusives at E3 I don’t think.
They said 8 of the 15 games will be xbox only. It is likely that some of then could be
Halo 5
Forza(already shown)
Crackdown(lol)
Fable?
Possibly a sequel to kameo
or another banjo game since since something is supposed to be coming from Rare.
Those last four are complete speculation. I don’t have 100% faith in them happening. But in the case that they all pop-up, it leaves room for only two brand new exclusives
