I just bought Guilty Gear 2 Overture for Xbox 360 for 5 bucks. Did it this afternoon before seeing Iron Man 3 again. I plan to get real high, and play it later tonight. It’s the first game I’ve bought in about two month i believe. I buy a lot of my games new, but I also buy a lot of them used because I can’t always afford to buy them new, or because they don’t look good enough to justify they price they are charging for it. Buy used saves you a fuck load more then 5 bucks.

Sure he couldve saved up to buy one from you. That does make some sense. But by the time he had enough, he may not be interested in that type of car anymore. Then there is also the fact that he might not have deemed your car worth that much of his money in any situation.
Ive done that with video games and other things many times. I wanted to get Black Ops2, but did I buy it full price? Fuck no. Not after what i thought of MW3 and BO1. I wasnt sure they would be giving me something that was worth that much money. So i bought it at a lower price.
I watch Netflix on my Dad’s tv sometimes. But would i buy a subscription myself? Fuck no. Theres only or two shows on there that i like and Im almost finished with them. The price id have to pay isnt worth the few hours out of the month that id use it.
Back to the analogy. If my friend bought the car from me at a lower price, it doesnt benefit you because you didnt get the money. But he didnt think it was worth that much. As a result of that it also doesnt hurt you because how much it cost you to have that car built, was already covered and paid for by me, the original owner. I paid you for that car specifically. I also bought the right to do whatever the fuck I want with it, as it no longer belongs to you. What i choose to do with it is my business, simple as that. You never had a chance of making that sale anyway because he did not want to pay 20 grand. You did not benefit, but you also did not take a loss. It would be a loss if I stole the car from you then sold it, because you never got income to cover the production of the car or the few thousand in profit.
But if you put an engine in your car that implodes when someone other than the original tries to drive it, i would never have bought it in the first place, because i cant sell it or trade it.
I said that in a past post, profile detection so I don’t have to pay. That takes some of my beef away and gives some value to buying a disc.

xbox One uses one 1920 x 1080 camera while ps4 uses 1280 x 800 times two.
xbox will have 1080p webcam 30fps while ps4 will have below 1080 but 60fps. this means ps4 will be more suited to aligning your whole body movement within virtual reality.
im guessing though that the eye wont be able to have 6 people tracked (though the kinect fov is 70" while the eye is 85) and the muscle pressure tracking surely wont be in the ps4 eye? who knows but this is what im most looking forward to finding out

Eh, I don’t really care about either system right now. This reveal, and what we know about the PS4, just means that I’ll wait and see what each console has to offer. Until then, There’s still plenty of DS games I missed, as well as PS3, 360, XBLA and PSN titles. Also, the 3DS is finally starting to look appealing to me, so I’m gonna look into getting one at some point.
I’m also not gonna rage about the details of the 720 (REFUSE to call it Xbox One) until they’re concrete. Microsoft probably will come out sometime before, or during, E3 about the used games fee and clarify some details about it, among other things.
Until then, the world will keep on turning, and I’ll still be at home playing video games.
