I remember it being a feature in some action game too on Ps3 I wanna say, but itās been forever. Should be standard for certain games tho

That was really a good feature.
Almost non-intrusive too, you could skip it really quickly.
Thatās really too bad that didnāt work out, I really was hoping we would have an alternative to twitch since they became the THOT/ONLYFANS white knight streaming service.
I hate that Iāve bought it twice and still havenāt played it. Especially since DQ is my favorite gaming franchise of all time. It was my gateway drug JRPGās. Depression sucks. I really wanna beat XBC definitive edition first anyways before I crack into another JRPG.
I think Iām making good progress but Iām not entirely sure since the last time I played the game was itās initial release.
Unrelated but my copy of W101R for the Switch was supposed to arrive today by EOD which was 8pm. As soon as it was 8pm I got a push notification from fedex, whoās handing the shipping telling me that it wonāt be here until next week.
The tracking number this morning said it was at the mail facility thatās not even a mile away from my house.
Wtf.
Related to that, I still have my Steam code for W101R. Iāve been sitting on it for over a month. The email containing to the code is just sitting in my saved stuff folder. Maybe Iāll do some kind of lottery for it? Or just PM people who might want it to see if they want it.
Iāll sleep on it.
I have my issues with Twitter but Iād lying if said it was funny as hell at times.

@Stuart_Hayden FYI Future Connected is kind of a let down. Granted its only 10 hours long but I wanted to give you a heads up. The base game is as excellent as ever though.
I actually hated the feature. Literally every time I reloaded a checkpoint/save the narration of most recent events took place WHEN I JUST LISTENED TO THAT 15 MINUTES AGO. And you canāt mute/skip that shit either

While itās still going on my takeaway from NGPX right now is the Switch is getting hella dating sims/visual novels this year.
Between this and P4 going to Steam the vita can finally be laid to rest lol
Also, LRG is doing physical releases for the SamSho collection
I have yet to see such a blatant ripoff of Nintendoās Direct
Sony have a similar format but at least itās different visually
if I recall, Darksiders 2 did that, which reminds me once again of my eventual hatred for that game. At the start, there is some narration where he goes āā¦this is the story so farā¦ā
Phantasy Star Universe did it in a great way, imoā¦because it was setup like a regular tv seriesāso you get narration like āPreviouslyā¦ā then at the end of a story chapter the narrator comes back like "ā¦but who are these strange charactersā¦? And what do they want with ___? " then the āepisode ending themeā starts up. I love that shit, man. Itās like a tv show but also gives you some convenient stopping points.
VTM Bloodlines 2 stuffā so apparently thereās only 3,000 of those Collectorās Editions that feature the Elif statue and the vinyl record soundtrack. Surprisingly Iām still a bit on the fence though, questioning just how much I want that statue and the recordā¦and also because we still donāt have an official release dateā¦which Iād say is a bit of a misstepā¦(probably influenced by the pandemic, I bet). Iād be more comfortable pre-ordering if there is a date. Itās still just ā2020ā (if you go to order on the website they popup the tentative date of December 31, 2020, which is more than likely just a placeholder date.)

I mean, all of them that have aired are blatant rip offs. Sony is honestly the worst offender by a wide margin. Instead of Nintendoās red they use Black. Lol thatās about the only difference

Outside of a few announcements that NGPX was pretty disappointing. Iām sure @sonichuman will put up all the new trailers when he can. Cause I know Iām not doing it. Lol.
The highlights were

Damn they were one so close to having a legit fan service focus DLC season with Mina, Iroha and Sogetsu or whatever the pretty boy Ninjaās name is. And then they blow it with a crossover character that is a generic Knight. Shame but cool that they have enough pull to get at least this compared to where SNK has been in the past.
